Subjects of the Study and Sampling

The study focused on Seventy (70) respondents which were randomly selected in a
particular area among these were member of the family of a particular victim.
Data Gathering Instrument

The main tool of this study is the questionnaire and was constructed based on the objective of
the study. To draw and enumerate the effects of Extra Judicial Killing (EJK) to the left member
of the family of the victims in this contemporary time under the administration of Pres. Rodrigo
Duterte. The researcher personally work on the distribution administration, conduct the
retireval of the tools through person-to-person interview, telephone call as well as electronic
mails.

Part 1 of the questionnaire contains the profile of the respondent particularly name, age,
gender, location.

Part 2 depicts the action taken by the respondents after the killing incident. On the other
hand, the effects whom they encountered in dealing with everyday life.

Collection of Data

Before the questionnaire was administered the researchers questionnaire was validated by the
experts and secured permission and approval from the Dean of College of Social Sciences.
After which the researcher will personally administer the validated questionnaire to target
respondents.
