ACTIVITIES RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS OUTPUT
It is the output of Estimate Activity Resources process. Appendage – A.
The Activity Resource Requirements describe the type and amount of resources needed to complete
the project work. Features include people, equipment, supplies, supplies, etc. You can use a list to
consolidate this information, or insert it directly into the management software.

2. RESOURCE BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE

It is another output of the Estimate Activity Resources process. Appendage – B.
It is a hierarchical structure used to organize resources by type and category.

3. REVIEW PROCESS AND FREQUENCY

Describe how the Activity Resource Requirements will be reviewed:
