In presentation, we can use a lot of teghnology to help us to present matery or subject. One of
that teghnology is computer.

A. Computer Teghnology
Much advantages that we can get from computer in presentation like : we can easily
merge photos, sound, and video into presentation.

B. Using Presentation Software
One of presentation software is slide. Slide, for example, can enhance a speakers impact
if they are thoughtfully created and skillfully used.
 When slides help
Theres a lot of benevit to use slide in presentation like it can add significant
improvements to the persuasiveness of a presentation, especially in:
1. Focusing your audience’s attention
2. Stimulating interest
3. Reinforcing key ideas or data
4. Illustrarting hard-to-understand points
5. Increasing audience retention of your content
 When they don’t
Slides will detract from your presentation if:
1. Used primarily to avoid audience interaction
2. They contain overwhelming amounts of detail
3. Slide content and/or sequencing contentaints to many poits or no point at all
4. The speaker read the slides rather than uses them as supporting material

1. Analizy the audience
2. Develop a plan
3. Send information out in advance
4. Make assignments in advance
5. Be aware to a limitations
6. Develop some grounds rules in advance

During conference:

1. Remember the power of an attention-grabbing introduction


2. Stick with the agenda you have designed
3. Use your voice
4. Take the temperature of the group periodically
5. Allow time to feedback

After:

Make sure that copies of the minutes or action items are sent in a timely fashion. Talk to
people to get feedback to make conference could be effective. Establish a system to check on
action items before the next conference.
