Description:

The scope of this project involves in designing a fault tracking & amendment vertical. The environments
involved were Portal, Dev2Dev, NBT & IVVT. BT One Siebel vertical is 7.8.2.3 version application. The
primary task in the application was to classify all the telecom products & track the fault raised against them
by the customers. The application was used to raise a fault on an asset having these products & checking
the entire fault journey through various stages & evaluating different scenarios which occur in the fault
journey.

Responsibilities:

As a Developer,
 Configured and Customized the Siebel applications using Siebel Tools in accordance with the
business requirements
 Customized joins and links corresponding to different tables relevant to the organization as given by
the Functional consultant.
 Created Static and Dynamic Pick Lists
 Used Siebel Tools to define/modify objects like List, Form, MVG, and Associate Applets and as per
company requirements
