 Race Registration
Race day registration and pre-registered packet pickup will begin at 9:00 AM. You may register until
30 minutes before the start of each race.

General Information
All races will be held rain or shine, per discretion of officials and event promoter.

Subject to USAC rules and policies; all riders must wear approved helmet while riding a bicycle
during the Festival.

The McEwen Cyclo-cross Festival is a USA Cycling (USAC) sanctioned event. USAC rules to
govern. Categories based on USAC Cyclo-cross license and guidelines. All racers must present a
valid USAC racing license or authorization to ride form. Non-licensed riders will be required to
purchase a one day USAC license for $10 or $60 annual license and will be placed in the Men's CX
4, Women's CX 4, or Men's Masters (30-44, 45+) categories. All riders will be required to complete
and sign a 2010 USAC Event Release Form. All TBRA rules apply to points races on Sunday.

Entry fee includes $3 USAC insurance surcharge - plus TBRA fees($1-Saturday/ $2-Sunday).
Highest payout per category will not exceed $499.00 per day

Any bike with a freewheel and one working brake on each wheel may be used. Bar ends must be
removed from mountain bikes.

Refunds of entry fees at Promoter’s discretion. Promoter reserves right to combine fields; Fields
with fewer than four riders may be combined or canceled. Protest period will be 15 minutes after
results are posted.
