I, JONATHAN D. EBORA, married, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Bolbok, Batangas City, do hereby name, appoint, and constitute JOHNVIEC
O. VALDEZ, of legal age, Filipino, a resident of Doha Qatar, and with Philippine
Passport ID No. P1457521A and Qatar ID No. 28260806405, as my true and
legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the
following acts:

(1) To represent me before any appropriate government office/s of

Qatar such as the Criminal Evidence and Information Department,
in order to secure, accept and/or receive therefrom the Police
Clearance Certificate (Good Conduct Certificate) relating to me;
(2) To sign and execute any writing/s, document/s, and/or instrument/s
to carry into effect the above-stated purpose;
(3) To pay the necessary any and all the necessary due/s of the same;
and
(4) To do all acts consistent with this authority.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority

to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power as
described above as though I, myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY
APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution
of her person and revocation of this instrument.
