The Challenge

Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM): Current RPM systems in the market place are not easily deployable to a home
health care environment and are costly to administer by facilities. Many of the current RPM models require self-
reporting by the patient which then causes a concern for proper adherence.

Medical: Measuring the fluctuation of heart related parameters is essential for monitoring cardiovascular function.
Current methods to monitor and gather these parameters do not allow for effective early detection to manage
cardiovascular abnormalities.

Wellness: Wellness facilities lack the monitoring tools in order to track the progress of their clients over time.
Furthermore, they lack the statistical tools and historical reporting systems that are required to reimburse a portion or
all of their expenses from the insurance companies.

Our SolutionHBT provides a product suite of mobile application software (MediBeat Pro, MediBeat and Beatness) that
receive data from off-the-shelf pulse oximeters and medical wearable devices (rings and bracelets). The cutting edge
technology, developed and patented by HBT, analyzes the information and displays real-time advanced hemodynamic
parameters. The information gathered by the application is then uploaded and displayed as a managed service to
customers and their patients. The solution records changes overtime in hemodynamic parameters: Heart rate, SpO2,
continuous blood pressure, cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI), hydration and more. It creates a graphical display of
the changes in these parameters with threshold indicators.

Session and patient information is uploaded to a HIPAA and HL7 compliant server which offers a managed service to the
care provider. The server synchronizes the end-user's information, allowing for a real-time, deployable solution to
medical and wellness facilities.
