Dear Innovative Leaders,

We invite your participation for the above cited Award and Recognition.

The objective of the Award is to recognise and felicitate the organisation that has successfully and
commercially launched a New Innovative Product in India.

The guidelines followed to evaluate a Product of Innovationare:

1. The Product should have been conceived, designed and built in India during the period of
01.01.2015 to Date.
2. The Product should have been successfully and commercially launched and as of date, the
Product should be commercially available
3. The Product can be from any stream of Engineering
4. The Product can be Hardware or Software or a Service or any combination of the three. It
can be a complete product or a product enhancement or new version of the product with
new features added.

We request you to please fill the enclosed Application Form with all the relevant details and provide
us additional documentation and relevant links, wherever found necessary, to enable our evaluation
to be complete.

Set of broad rules that will govern MCE in its endeavour are:

1. You will only be providing us information that is available on public domain and in the press.
However, all your information will be treated under strict confidentiality
2. MCE would reserve the right to seek more information and justification, if need be
3. MCE would reserve its right to visit the finalists at their facilities, if need be
4. MCE would constitute a panel of judges drawn from across the Industry, the Principal of
MCE and a Representative from MCE Alumni. Their decision will be final.
5. MCE reserves the right not to announce this Award to anyone, if sufficient and qualified
applications are not received within the due date. In such a case, the Award would be rolled
over to the following year

The Timelines are:

1. Press announcement of the Award and seeking applications from Participants :

Before 15th October 2018
2. Last date to receive the Application Forms duly filled by the participating firms / individuals:
15thNovember 2018
3. Announcement of Winners:
Before 10th December 2018
4. Awards Function: 22nd December 2018, at Prince Ananthya, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru
