EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
After the evaluation of your Resume, Job Application and other relevant data, we
found you qualified to work with our Team, Hence, SIEMENS OIL & GAS UAE. Seek to
employ your services as an expatriate for the provision of expatriate services as
stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the
approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

1.0 JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

2.0 CONTRACT DURATION: 3 YEARS CONTRACT, (Renewable)

3.0 SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:


Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation,
development, execution, as shall be deemed necessary for job success.

Comprehensive infrastructure /management, policies initiation and approval of


corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making,
changes incorporation when necessary.

Quality assurance, Quality control, corporate liaison work with one or more project
team, or steering committee, senior managers and other key influences, possession
and maintenance of outgoing and incoming policy and operations manuals.

You shall also be expected to meet/liaise with the management board of SIEMENS
OIL & GAS UAE For overview and updates regularly.
4.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL
You shall be expected to work with a team of prime experienced project personnel’s
with the mandate to provide excellent services.

5.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION


The work Location will be within the new work metropolis of SIEMENS OIL & GAS
UAE. You are to report immediately to the HR Manager upon your arrival to
conclude prospects and other logistics.

6.0 MONTHLY SALARY:


You will be eligible to receive 39,500 AED (Thirty Nine Thousand, Five
Hundred UAE Dirham’s only) –Basic Monthly. .Pocket Money, with
AED3.500(Three Thousand , Five Hundred Emirati Dirham) Weekly for
pocket allowance, Emirati Dirham, Pounds Sterling, Euros equivalent
depending on home country and currency preference. Salary shall be paid on
monthly bases

7.0 RESUMPTION DATE: 21 April 2019 (Can be extended on application)
Work time shall be 40 hours per- week for the Thirty Six (36) month contract term as such
employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the
official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees'
official promotions and position in service.

8.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS


Yearly Bonus
Hazard/Inconveniences: 6,000.00 AED (Monthly)
Car Maintenance: 7,500.00 AED (Monthly)
House Furnishings: 380,000.00 AED (Yearly)

9.0 CONTRACT STATUS


Single and Family Status, with accommodation provided.
Excellent educational assistance / benefits with family status employment.
Family Status – ( YOU CAN RELOCATE TO UAE TOGETHER WITH YOUR FAMILY )

10.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL


All Employees are entitled to two (2) month Paid Leave per year which can be taken
once in six (6) months.
Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.

However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in
addition to travel/excess baggage allowance.

Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of
purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of
employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be
requested by employee.
11.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of
duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC
will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the Employee not
later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s expense Report and
Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Visa costs and Expenses made by
Employee. The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-
imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense
Reports and Receipts of Expenses.

12.0 TERMINATION:
Termination without Cause, Either party may terminate this agreement without
cause upon Sixty (60) days prior written notice to the other.
Termination for Cause, Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the
other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations
and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice
specifying the default and the intention to terminate.

13.0 NON-UAE RESIDENTS:


It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work visa / permit processing
fees, as a proof of the readiness to join our team; they have to contact the GULF
EXPRESS TRAVELS AND TOURS LLC, ABU DHABI and obtain these documents.

The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be
made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of
Expenses

14.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES

The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on
journey to assume duty. This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before
travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to
default.

Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 1-MONTH UPFRONT SALARY is to be


paid as soon as Employees Procure and Process the relevant Resident/ Work Permit
Documents from the GULF EXPRESS TRAVELS AND TOURS LLC, and submit
it to the Human Resources Department of SIEMENS OIL AND GAS for
Verification.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UAE shall be paid into employee’s
account locally.

This is in line with the UAE Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.


15.0 BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company’s Staff estate.

Employee are entitled to receive 2 month of their salary yearly as indemnity, which
will be calculated and paid at the end of his/her contract duration.
Employer will add 50 percent salary to employee in 6 month time.
There are Single and Family Flat Duplex Accommodation for Employee.
Brand New car, for employees use during contract.
Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
In case of local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.
Employer will take responsibilities of paying all the children of the Employees
school fees and other expenses engage in their school activities.

16.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES


Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of
contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for
employee and family.

17.0 SAFETY & SECURITY


Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and
communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure
hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and
Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.

All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be
delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety
Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Oil & Gas
Sector.

18.0 TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES


There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the
disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign)
without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service


Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety
regulations on Job Locations.
19.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all
expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will
also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning
unit.
20.0 DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT VISA.
The Employee is requested to contact SANZI Numez of GULF EXPRESS TRAVELS
AND TOURS LLC, with the below office address through email, who shall be
responsible for the processing of his or her Valid UAE Work/Residence Permit Visa and
then should
forward it to the HR of SIEMENS OIL & GAS - UAE for Verification and authenticity
confirmation.
Hence any expenses incurred by employee during the processing of his documents
shall be refunded to the candidate after 5 working days of concluding all
Immigration/Labor UAE arrangement.
