parents.
The deserving honor students and special awardees will be called up onstage by no other than
the Faculty President, Sir Wilhelm C. Saldo and the ICT expert, Maam Dana Kate J. Pulido.

May we also request our distinguished guest speaker and our dear principal to give the

…Many students want to be recognized, but a few are worthy of recognition. It is worth it
because you guys work hard for that recognition. Congratulations to all of you!
V. Message
VI. INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER
Ladies and gentlemen to introduce to us our guest of honor and speaker, the man of the hour,
on today’s affair, may we call on once again the ICT expert, Maam Dana Kate J. Pulido.

… We are very much honored to have you here with us Sir. Thank you very much for that
stirring message.
VII. WORDS OF GRATITUDE
Recognition day is not just plainly for the awarding and giving of certificates, from the root
word, recognize, we can say that it is also a time, once in a year, that we take time to give
credits to our mentors, friends, and parents. Genuine praise is wonderful to receive and simple
to give, but none of us do it enough. Today can also be the perfect day to say a ‘thank you’. To
show our gratitude for our teachers, friends, and parents, may we call on the Highest Academic
Awardee, Ms. Jheirdayne P. Florendo.
Let’s give her a round of applause!
…Thank you Ms. Florendo for that very sincere and genuine message.
VIII. SINGING OF RECOGNITION SONG
Let’s move on to the singing of the Recognition Song to be rendered to us by the stars of today’s
event--- the AWARDEES!
…Thank you students for that heartfelt song. This world is indeed yours to conquer! You may
now be seated.
IX. STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS
In behalf of the faculty of the school to give us more insights and to deliver the STATE OF THE
SCHOOL ADDRESS, please welcome once again our motherly School Principal, Maam Zoila A.
Martinez!Let us all give her a resounding round of applause.

…Thank you Maam for providing us the essential information about our school.
X. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REPORT
And to accept the report, may we call on our sympathetic and humble PTA President Mrs.
Maritess F. Reyes. Maam…

…Thank you Maam Reyes!

XI. TRIBUTE TO PARENTS

At this moment, we believe that not only the students should be given recognition but also the
parents who have worked so hard, gave their best to their children no matter how hard life is,
and they kept on working even if their chin touches the ground because of hard work. Let us all
take this chance and give our warmest appreciation and tribute by singing them a song.
Awardees, please stand…

Thank you awardees! Your parents are indeed very proud of you. Your achievements are also
the epitome of success of your parents!

XII. CLOSING REMARKS

At this point, let us pay attention, pin our ears to one of our leaders in school… no other than
our endearing mentor Mr. Wilhelm Francis C. Saldo, for his official closing remarks. Sir…

…Thank you Sir! We are so pleased and delighted to your words.

As we end today’s affair, we would like to leave a thought for all of you and all of us. Awardees,
visitors, parents and my fellow teachers, let us all read:

“US president Abraham Lincon, once quoted, “Don’t worry when you are not
recognized, but strive to be worthy of recognition.” It’s hard not to be recognized…when you
feel like you deserve it, when you feel like it’s been left up to you, when you have been given
responsibility, when you feel like you have aced the test, when you feel worthy of it, when you
think it couldn’t have been done without you, when you know that you gave 100%, when it
cost you a lot, when you sacrificed, and when you want it. We may not be worth of the
recognition in human eyes but remember, God will always be our great audience in
everything, He knows best, more than giving a certificate, a medal, or a shake hand, it is His
glory, His blessings. Congratulations!”

Thank you for coming and to God be the Glory!

Ladies and Gentlemen… the RECESSION!
