Pre requisite knowledge : Pupils know the taste like sweet, sour and bitter

Learning objective : By the end of the lesson, all students are able identify correctly the properties of substance either
acidic or alkaline based on it characteristic

Learning outcome : 1. identify acidic, alkaline and neutral substances


2.using litmus paper dentify the taste of acidic and alkaline food conclude the properties of acidic
alkalin and neutral substances.
