How do I enrol a new ASEA Associate? 
 
There are two ways to enrol a new Associate. 
1. Enrol through your personal teamASEA.com web site (www.teamASEA.com/username). 
2. Call Associate Support during open hours:

How do I order product? 
 
There are two ways to order product. 
1. Log in to teamASEA.com using your Associate ID and password, then select My 
Business, then Place Order. This is the fastest and most convenient way to order ASEA. 
2. Order by telephone by calling Associate Support during open hours:

How do I enrol in Autoship? 
 
The ASEA Autoship program allows you to receive a monthly product order automatically, 
without placing an order every month. You can set up an Autoship account by telephoning 
Associate Support during open hours, or online following these steps: 
 
Log in to your Virtual Office
Under the “My Business” tab, select “Manage Autoship”
To enrol on the Autoship program, simply click on “Create a new Autoship order”
You can also make changes to an existing Autoship order 

What is the pricing for the product? What does it cost to ship? 
 
A case of ASEA (four bottles, 960 ml each) sells for £76 plus 20% VAT. Shipping is £15 plus 20% 
VAT for up to two cases. Delivery time is 3‐5 business days.

Additionally, a VAT of 20% will be added to product and enrolment fee prices. A VAT of 20%

What payment methods does ASEA accept? 
 
ASEA accepts payment for enrolment and product orders by MasterCard and Visa cards only. 
You may use these cards whether ordering online or by telephone. For more information on

What is ASEA’s return policy on product? 
 
ASEA offers a 100% refund (less shipping) for product returned within 30 days of order date. For 
product returned between 31 and 90 days of order date, ASEA offers a 90% refund (less

What tools are available to help me in my ASEA business? 
 
Every ASEA Associate has access to an electronic kit of materials for building your business. This 
electronic starter kit contains PDF versions of the Success Guide, various brochures, and a sales 
presentation tool. You can access this electronic kit by clicking the link that was sent to your 
email address when you enroled. 
 
 
 
Where can I get more information on how to earn commissions? 
 
ASEA offers the most generous compensation plan around. To view and download a PDF file 
containing information on the ASEA compensation plan, please check the Virtual Office

How do I receive commissions? 
 
The ASEA commission week begins at 6:00 hrs. on Saturday and runs until 6:00 hrs. on the 
following Saturday (UK time). Once a commission week closes, your commissions are calculated 
and you are paid on the following Friday. 
 
ASEA uses an innovative and efficient commission payment system called SmartWallet. 
SmartWallet delivers your commissions electronically, which speeds up the process and 
eliminates obstacles normally associated with doing business globally. The first time you earn 
commissions, you will receive an email letting you know a SmartWallet account has been 
created for you and giving you instructions for accessing your funds. 
 
 
 
Will I be paid in British Pounds? How are currency exchanges calculated? 
 
British Associates are paid in British Pounds. ASEA calculates all commissions in Global Bonus 
Units (GBUs). One GBU equals one U.S. dollar. After calculating commissions for British 
Associates, ASEA uses a fixed PEG rate to convert GBUs to Pounds (£). The current PEG rate is: 1 
GBU = £ 0.6300. The PEG rate is evaluated and adjusted periodically.
