B. What benefits and incentives do you give to your employees? When and how are these
benefits and incentives given to them?
C. What is the process of your daily time report?
D. May we request to have a copy or screenshot of your payroll system or a pro forma of
your payroll?
E. How do you manage absences?
F. How do you handle grievances?
G. Are there trainings and development programs for its employees? What are they?
H. Are there succession planning, career development planning and learning management,
labor tracking, time entry and evaluation and workforce scheduling and tracking?
I. Who are the doers of each process and what are the outputs and inputs of those different
processes?
J. May we ask a walkthrough and/or screenshot of all the technologies you use in the
human resource area?
K. What are the employee engagement and retention processes and procedures of the
agency?
L. How do you ensure the welfare of your employees? How do you maintain a humane and
safe environment for their employees?
M. What are the processes and procedures of the company during accidents and emergencies
affecting their employees?

consolidation, and reporting)?

C. May we have a copy or even just a walk-through with your financial statements for the
past 3 years?

E. May we ask copies of your source documents and record keeping like vouchers?
F. What are the procedures and policies of the company to protect their records and books
during emergencies and disasters?
G. What are the policies and procedures/practices of the company to ensure they effectively
collect accurate, timely, complete, reliable and consistent information?
