III. Case Facts:
 Mr. Oscar Pascua hired his niece Ofelia to help him manage his construction
business.
 Milagros borrowed Ofelia for a while for her entertainment business.
 Ofelia found out that there are many things she could attend to.

IV. Problem Statement: Ofelia work for two different Jobs with different organizational
behavior and used the same approach to determine the employee’s performance, but it
