Tips for Using the GT Xpress 1O1®
Pork and Potato Croquettes
Please read all instructions in the manual that came with your unit
before using. Allow the unit to preheat before adding ingredients, Serves: 2 Cook Time: 1 2 minutes

Heavenly Ricotta Pancakes Almost Thanksgiving Turkey Loaves
Serves: 2 Cook Time: 9 minutes Serves: 2 Cook Time: 8-1 0 minutes
1 cup lean ground turkey
2/3 cup baking mix, like Biscjuick®
1 cup complete stuffing, like Stovetop®
1/3 cup milk 1 cup water
1/4 cup ricotta cheese 1 tablespoon parsley
1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 cup prepared turkey gravy
1. Preheat GT Xpress 101 and spray with no stick spray
2. Mix all ingredients together and divide between wells

Easy Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

2 ounces softened cream cheese
2/3 cup baking mix, like Bisquick® 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon melted butter 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

It’s as American as apple pie.
It’s a little bit sweet, a little bit daring.
It’s cinnamon, and it’s probably sitting
right there in your pantry.
Fib Wrapped Apple Pie
Serves: 2 Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
10 sheets frozen fib dough, thawed
1 can apple pie filling
1 teaspoon cinnamon
butter flavor no stick spray
powdered sugar
1. layer 5 fib sheets on flat surface one at a time, spraying lightly
between each sheet with butter flavor no stick spray Note: do not
spray top of last sheet
2. While apples are still in can, pass a sharp knife through them
repeatedly to cut into smaller chunks
3. Pile about 1/2 cup apples in lower right quadrant of dough,
sprinkle with cinnamon, fold lower right corner of dough up over
apple, then fold in the two side and roll up, forming a package
about 4 inches wide and 4 inches thick
4. Repeat with remaining 5 sheets of fib and apples
5. Preheat GT Xpress 101 lightly spray with no stick spray and place
1 pie in each well
6. Close lid and bake for 8 to 1 0 minutes, turning 1/4 turn about
halfway through to promote even browning
7. Place on plate, cut on diagonal & sprinkle with powdered sugar

do, is a terrific way to cook and makes your
kitchen life all the easier.
Crescent Beef Bites
Serves: 4 Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 cup cooked ground beef
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup softened cream cheese
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
1. Preheat GT Xpress 101 and spray with no stick spray
2. Separate crescents into 4 squares on cutting board, sealing triangle
perforations by pressing with fingers
3. Stir all other ingredients together until smooth and divide between 4
squares, spreading to within 1 /2 inch of edges
4. Roll like a jelly roll and place 1, seam side down, in each well, lightly
sprayed with no stick spray
5. Close lid and bake 10 minutes, turning 1/4 turn after 6 minutes to
brown
6. Repeat with other 2 rolls
7. Slice into 4 or 5 diagonal slices and serve as hot appetizer

Lite Cheese & Sausage Biscuits Pizza Parlor Stromboli
Serves: 2 Cook Time: 8 minutes Serves: 4 Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
2/3 cup heart Smart Bisquick®
1/3 cup iow fat buttermilk 1 package refrigerator pizza dough
2 slices fat free cheese 1/2 pound bulk sausage
2 patties reduced fat turkey sausage, crumbled, like Jimmy Dean®
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1. Blend Bisquick® and buttermilk, divide and pat out on floured board 1/4 teaspoon salt
into two 6 inch circles 1/4 teaspoon pepper
2. Place 1 slice of cheese on each round, top with crumbled sausage,
fold, press edges together and place in GT Xpress 101, preheated 1 tablespoon olive oil
and sprayed with no stick spray 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
3. Close cover 1 teaspoon dried oregano
4. Bake 8 minutes

Italian Chicken Rolls Cherry Cola Cake

2 5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup chocolate cake mix, dry
1 slice Swiss cheese- halved 1/2 cup diet cherry cola or regular
1 slice prosciutto or lean ham, halved 1/4 cup chopped Maraschino cherries
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs whole cherries for garnish
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese whipped cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 /2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or 1/4 teaspoon
each basil and, oregano 1. Preheat GT Xpress 101 and spray with no stick spray
2 tablespoons melted butter 2. Mix cake mix and cola until blended and pour about 1/4 of mixture
into bottom of each well
3. Distribute 1/2 of cherries evenly over cake mix in each well, cover

This pasta recipe makes a simple and
satisfying dish for the whole family. You
can keep it basic for the kids, and then add
some garlic salt, Italian seasoning and a
little Parmesan cheese to top it off for the
grownups
Stuffed Italian Shells
Serves: 4 Cook Time: 10 minutes
6 large shell pasta, boiled and drained
1/2 cup cooked ground beef
1 handful spinach leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 small zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat GT Xpress 101
2. Mix together ground beef, spinach1 ricotta, and seasonings
3. Divide into 6 shells
4. Spray wells with no stick spray
5. Put layer of sliced zucchini in base of each well and place 3 shells
on top of zucchini
6. Close and cook 10 minutes
7. To serve cover with heated marinara and Parmesan cheese
8. Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad
