ORAL ORDER
Appeal admitted.

Heard learned Advocate, Mr. Nanavati, and

learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Desai, on
question of bail. The appellants were on bail through
out the trial, as per statement made at the Bar by Mr.
Nanavati. Appellants be admitted to bail on their
executing a personal bond of Rs.5000/- each and a surety
each of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial
Court, on condition that they will not leave the State of
Gujarat without prior permission of this Court, pending
the appeal.
