Pollution 1
Introduction
The construction business has a main source of pollution, accountable around 4% of
particulate emission, more of aquatic contamination incident and other business. Moreover,
the building doings also contaminate soil; the key areas of the concern are air, water, and
noise effluence.
However, the decent construction site preparation can help in controlling and preventing
pollution. In this, the main step is to formulate the ecological danger valuation for all
structure activities and material helps in causing less pollution. Likewise, cover up and
safeguard all drainage system on site, reduction of the sound pollution through cautiously
handling of material, quite powerful tools, lower influence technologies and wall structure as
sound shields (El-Halwagi, 2017).
Moreover, the government is taking the statutory measures to reduce the effect of the
pollution, resource preservation and security of the natural ecosystem. Many environmental
related statutes, guidelines, codes and general strategies have implications for the
construction industry, how they are planned, the material is about to be used, the techniques
and equipment. (Kibert, 2016).
In fact, China real estate developers are also more concern about sustainability and made
outstanding achievements in the sustainability construction. Throughout the continuous
investment made in the research and development for the sustainable buildings in the real
estate industry, Land Sea has become the unique existence. Moreover, they also are using
thermal insulation solution and ground source heat pump technologies, which are more
energy efficient and environmentally friendly than the ordinary constructions (Hua, 2016).
Pollution 2
The higher cost of the green structure directly influences the project manager, because they
are very accountable for proper handling and conveying their project within the assigned
financial plan. Moreover, the main project manager has to guarantee that pollution from the
production is to be kept in least by keeping in control the soil erosion, waterway
sedimentation. Furthermore, the natural environment should also be preserved through a
prudent sitting of structure to minimizing the disturbance to the prevailing natural
environment.
The lengthy approval process for the new sustainable technologies and recycled

lengthy approval process. In this, the project manager develops the schedules and approves
the process payments to the ultimate vendors and suppliers (Rahman, 2017).

China is having a huge potential consumer market for sustainable building and they are the
largest manufacturers and at the same time the customers of solar, wind and the other energy
equipment’s. More of the buildings material manufacturers’ are also moving towards
sustainability. Hence, all these aspects lay the foundation of a future ecological city as they
are moving towards the growth mode and the sustainable building (Novotny, 2018).
Conclusion
From the above report, we conclude that pollution is also one of the major causes, which
damages and major effects on the environment. The construction business is very accountable
for the intense use of energy while creating and constructing structures and infrastructure, and
realizes harmful pollutants, which are caused by the construction process and for the building
use.
