a. The supply of the above list of Material for the total value of 2119.8$ according to
the following terms:
iii. 10% to be released upon preliminary handing over the works: 212$
*Note that the cost of material is based on the actual cost of the cupper, hence
any variation on its cost will automatically reflect on our selling price.

c. The delivery is witihn 8 weeks from the first payment; we will strive to shorten
this period as much as possible. In case the site is not ready to receive the
material, it can be kept at our warehouses against a storage fee to be charged
separately.
d. Any change in the list of material ordered, made after the order confirmation,
may or may not be acceptable depending on its cost implication on the overall
project cost
e. An installation schedule based on the site availability will be submitted after the
order confirmation, detailing the various phases of the process; we will strive to
terminate the hardware installation 1 month from the material delivery to site,
and conclude the software installation 1 week from the hardware installation
completion.
f. The installation fee offered is based on the actual status of the site, and is to be
performed during our normal working hours; hence any changes in the site or
work conditions will reflect automatically on its cost and will be charged
separately
g. Any additional part or service required during the installation, and not mentioned
in the quotation will be charged separately

The 1 year warranty, depending on the first destination of the shipment, will start for:
a. upon commissioning or 90 days from the delivery of the clearing documents,
which ever comes first,
The warranty offered covers the repair or replacement of any defective item within 48
hours from reception of a call. Note that, all interventions not covered by the warranty
or a maintenance agreement, will be charged separately at the following rates:
RV-U-S Urgent remedial visits (within 4 hours from the call) US$ 150 /hour
during working hours for critical problems at the level
of the server
RV-U-24/7 Urgent remedial visits (within 4 hours from the call) US$ 250 /hour
outside working hours for critical problems at the
level of the server
RV-R-S Regular remedial visits (within 48 hours from the call) US$ 75 /hour
during working hours for critical problems at the level
of the server
5. Maintenance
An annual After Sales Agreement is recommended to secure a proper support for the
system, from the commissioning date onwards, with a response time of 4 hours from the
call in case of critical problems. The rates are based on the list price of the covered
hardware/software. The available After-Sales Agreement options are:
