A short trip for Bogotá

Bogotá is the capital of Colombia, It's a very big and beautiful city, it isn't an old city but it isn't a
modern city. It’s noisy and crowded of people, it has many interesting places, the museums,
parks, churches, restaurants in a center of the city, La Candelaria is a famous place to walk,
and enjoy a cup of coffee, beer and food.

In Bogota the typical food is the Ajiaco, a soup with chicken, meat, potatoes, cob, it’s also
accompanied with rice and avocado. Also the people prefer pizza, hamburger, spaghetti,
lasagna or other fast food on the weekend.

The people are friendly and, they are pleasant to meet others persons in coffee shops, also
others person can be more serious or unfriendly.

The climate is very changeable, the day in the morning can be cold and wet and in the
afternoon can be hot and dry, it’s very strange.

People use Trasmilenio to go to work and others use a bus or taxi, much traffic in the morning
and in the afternoon, it's a very unpleasant for this.

Bogotá is a beautiful city to know and enjoy.

My neighborhood

My neighborhood is Santa Barbara Centro, it's on the center of the city, my

house is on the 6th street with 7th career

1. On the North of my house is the Ministry of finance and Public credit.

2. On the Northeast there is a church, San Agustin.
3. On the East, there is a Park Public Nueva Santafe.
4. On the Southeast there is a church, Santa Barbara.
5. On the South, is the Police Station and there are many houses.
6. On the West, is the presidential guard battalion.
7. On the Southwest, there is bus station, Bicentenario.
8. On the northwest, there is a museum.
9. There are many bodyguard and soldiers.
10. My house is near the Nariño Palace.
