Dear Senior Portfolio Committee. 

I have been a student at BCMHS for almost 3 years now, and those 3 years spent year 
have been filled with some incredible experiences. And there are so many of those 
experiences to be able to share. I am writing this for the approval of my senior 
portfolio. Thank You for reading what i have planned out for pursuing a career in 
nursing. 

Buckingham has helped to prepare me academically, socially, and physically to be 

able to leave high school ready to pursue career fields. The teachers and 
administration help you in every way they can through numerous after school ours, 
programs, and other opportunities to learn even more. Buckingham being a college 
preparatory school, their academic based classes have a very large variety. one of the 
classes that I am currently taking is intro to anatomy and human physiology. This 
college level class has taught me so much, and has given me a good foundation to 
build off of when i enroll in my nursing program after high school. They also offer 
range of elective classes like photography that have allowed me to hone my skills as a 
photographer and have encouraged me to grow artistically. The classes don't stop 
there, for photography the faculty encourages you to continue onto photography 2, 
and independent project photography which has really shown me so much in that field 
and is something that I hope to take into the future as well. 

My current plans for after graduation are to enroll into Solano Community College for 
2 years and complete my ADN before transferring over to a 4 year university to get my 
BSN degree in nursing. I will help to pursue this career by taking some of the solano 
prerequisite classes for their nursing program over summer and into my senior year to 
give me a head start after highschool. As for photography i hope to enroll into some 
solano classes to further expand y knowledge and keep growing my photography 
website in hopes of getting my work out to the public 

I happily and excited wait for approval. I will look forward to my graduation and my 
ability to start a new chapter in my life.
