Role:
Managing - Franchisee development for North India, look after introducing Master

Following Monthly visits and monthly seminars in order to increase business, in case
of revenue and in case of accounts acquisition, day to day communication with all
Master Franchisee and their sub-franchisee. Major focus on service part to maintain
the brand.
Role:
Managing Franchisee development for Pan India, look after introducing Master
Franchisee, sub brokers, Authorsied Persons, remisers in Across India. Revenue
Generation in term Brokerage for the Company
Following Monthly visits and monthly seminars in order to increase business, in case
of revenue and in case of accounts acquisition, day to day communication with all
Master Franchisee and their sub-franchisee. Major focus on service part to maintain
the brand.
Personal look after franchisee’s risk in case of Trading, updating margin files day to
day basis.
Also Managing Product and Strategy part for business expansion in Retail and
Franchisee Business
Role:
Business expansion, strategical marketing initiatives, generating revenue from an
aggressive team.
Sale of multiple products like Equity, Commodity, Currency, IPO, MF, NCD, FDs.
Successful selling of various Insurance products, cross sell product along with the
main KRA of branch development.
Maintaining Daily Sales Report and ensuring maximum conversation, followup from
team as per Daily Sales Report.
Personal look after client's risk in case of Trading.
Role:
As a Unit Manager handled team of 10-15 team of Re/RMs.
Selling of multi offerings like Internet Trading, Advance Brokerage and acquisition of
new clientele being amongst KRA's.
Ensuring each member of the team to achieve their individual given targets
Provide products training time to time and share market updates on daily basis.
Managing team of around 15 people (inc RM and Dealer) looking after retail clients
business as well as HNI also growth in margin money as revenue concern.
Revenue Generation in term Brokerage for the Company
Day to day activity concern branch development , daily MIS sharing with assigned
team and next step after MIS to cover the shortfall in given and taken targets.
Handling Products like Equity, Commodity, Mutual Fund, and IPO.
Implementing sales promotional activities; evolving market segmentation &
penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Advising clients for investment in multiple product; providing all types of information
of security market to the clients
