The Undersigned, unto this Honourable Court, most respectfully states

that;

1. This Representation respectfully requests to be allowed by this

Honourable Court to withdraw his appearance in this case as counsel for the
Accused SAMWIL DA DIBIL BILIBID, with his conformity, due to
professional and personal reasons.

2. The Undersigned respectfully prays that future notices/processes

of this Honorable Court as well as pleadings, motions, and
correspondence from the other parties in this case be sent directly to the
Accused and that he be relieved of all responsibilities relative to this case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Undersigned respectfully

prays to be allowed to withdraw his appearance as counsel in the above-
captioned case and that future notices/processes of this Honourable Court
and pleadings, motions and correspondence the other parties in this case be
sent directly to the Accused SAMWIL DA DIBIL BILIBID and that the
undersigned be relieved of all his responsibilities relative to this case.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.
