The closing program was started 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon with the message from Hon.

Gregorio
Abonal, Councillor in charge on the Committee of Education, followed by intermission number by
selected students. It was all fun and joy. The most awaited part of the program was the awarding of
certificates to the winners which was announced and facilitated by Mr. Hernani Suron, Administrator
ESSO and assisted by Mr. Randy Bacares, division Social Sciences Coordinator and Ms. Marilyn Azana ,
Araling Panlipunan Coordinator. The winners from the different contest were the following

To officially close the program the singing of Regional Bicol March was performed. Generally, Salingoy
bicolnon 2018 was a success.

It might be the end, but the essence of it will continue in the next succeeding months and forever be of
great importance in the daily lives of the students and the people in the society.
