METHODOLOGY

This chapter presented the research methodology of the study specially, it includes
the Purpose of the study, population and sample, research study, Data Analysis
Plan, Survey Procedures, Data Collection, Purpose of the study

PROJECT PLANNING

This study developed and implemented a facility plan to improve the system of the
company and to secure the data or information of the clients and determined who is
register in the company for security purposes and the reservation system works, a
large amount of information is required. This information is not only focuses on a
single aspect of the study but as well as preparing and for seeing improvements in
terms of design and features needed. The processes under this proposed system are
the inquiry about services offered for customers and the reservation process. This
reservation is for today or future, for this the reservation form can work more
efficient than the manual process. This form also checks the rooms for reservation
dates. into the system so that it will be provided with original data to process.
Implementation phase is started after only the successful completion of the testing
phase in which the above tests should be carried. To complete the implementation
into success, a test should be carried out.
SYSTEM DESIGN

The population for this company survey consisted of post-secondary Employee at

three-years public institutions in Nailandia. Four-year public institutions were
determined by visiting the Nailandia A sample population was drawn from the
sampling frame. A sampling frame
includes the actual list of individuals included in the population (Nesbary, 2014)
which
was approximately 4821 Employee. According to Patten (2013), the quality of the

sample affects the quality of the research generalizations. Nesbary (2014),

suggests the
larger the sample size, the greater the probability the sample will reflect the
general
population. However, sample size alone does not constitute the ability to
generalize.
Patten (2013), states that obtaining an unbiased sample is the main criterion when
evaluating the adequacy of a sample. Patten also identifies an unbiased sample as
one in
which every m ember of a population has an equal opportunity of being selected
in the
sample. Therefore, random sampling was used in this study to help ensure an
unbiased
sample population. Because random sampling may introduce sampling errors, efforts
were made to reduce sampling errors, and thus increasing precision, by increasing
the
sample size and by using stratified random sampling. To obtain a stratified random
sample, the population was divided into strata according to institutions Typically,
for stratified random sampling, the same percentage of participants, not the
same number of participants, are drawn from each stratum.
Data Analysis Plan

To begin the data analysis process, descriptive statistics were calculated on the
independent variables to summarize and describe the data collected. Survey results
were measured by category. There were five categories (subscales), representing
the five dependent variables. Reponses to the survey items were coded from 1 to 4
depending on the importance of each skill. One represented not important, two
represented somewhat important, three represented important, and four
represented very important. The code for all survey items in the same category
were summed together for a composite score per category. This category composite
score was used for statistical analysis. Item analysis was conducted to determine
the internal consistency and reliability of each individual item as well as each
subscale. Cronbachs Alpha test was also used to test internal reliability. To
properly understand and analyze how the reservation system works, a large amount of
information is required. This information is not only focuses on a single aspect of
the study but as well as preparing and for seeing improvements in terms of design
and features needed. The information was gathered by using library, internet,
interview, questionnaire, observation methods and Nailandias very own Terms and
Conditions when it comes to reservation.

IMPLEMENTATION
about the system, including the system and software design decisions taken. Section
7.3 outlines the structure of the system, showing the various directories and file
organization. It reviews the directory structure of the lesson directories and
explains the organization and design of the XSL files. There are several XML file
types used in the template and these are explained along with an example. This
section also covers the activities, tools, audio and image components of the
system. provides an overview of the completed courseware. It explains the various
elements of the language learning course, including the images of the relevant web
pages. It discusses the printed version of the system and the CD. alludes to the
multilingual aspect of the system and section 7.6 provides a summary of the
chapter. The field of software engineering is relatively well developed. An entire
dissertation could be written about the software and development process used in
this project. This section attempts to provide a concise summary of the development
process, highlighting the most salient points. The system was developed using a
hybrid of the waterfall model and the evolutionary development model as defined
by Somerville (1996). This meant that the benefits of the structured approach
offered by the waterfall model could be combined with the prototype approach used
in the evolutionary development model. The waterfall model starts off with the
definition of requirements (in this case the output of the development module of
Hubbards (1996) Modular Framework discussed in chapter 6). This feeds into the
system and software design phase, which establishes an overall system architecture
and involves representing the software system functions in a form that can be
converted into executable programs. In the implementation and unit testing phase,
the software design is converted into programs and each unit (or program) is tested
individually. Integration and system testing refers to the integration of the
programs as a system and the testing of the complete system. Operation and
maintenance occurs when the system is installed and put into use. Maintenance
involves correcting errors (and can also cover improving and enhancing the system).
In evolutionary development an initial implementation is developed, shown to the
user and refined until

MAINTAINING
Computer system for any company is the base. Information, company ids, documents,
important certificates, communications and what not is done on computers. The
entire company depends upon the IT department to maintain the systems of the
company.
So how do we help the IT guys for this? It depends upon the employees too! Some of
them dont really turn off their computers, how hard it is to do that? Hence, the
computer is left with no program running and slows down automatically. So the next
day, when you come you have a perfect machine to work on. The daily functions you
perform on your computers can cause them to become sluggish as well. Once a week,
run a defragmenting program to restore the computers optimum performance. You also
should free up space on your hard drive by deleting your computers recycle bin
daily. This boosts the computer hardware maintenance and networking of the system
and lets you work efficiently.
As a small business owner, however, you might have call in a computer specialist
when needed. To prevent these calls, update your software as it becomes available.
Use an outside computer consulting firm at least annually to run diagnostics on
your computers and upgrade any old programs. PC crashes happen regardless of what
sort of steps you take to secure your framework. Equipment disappointments, control
blackouts, infections and human blunder are regular issues that are hard to avoid.
Some portion of keeping up your PCs and the information they keep is to down up
your information every day. Hostile to spyware, firewalls and against infection
programs help dispense with outside impacts that can harm your frameworks. Keep
your servers bolted, with constrained get to accessible just to key
representatives. At long last, utilize an off-site reinforcement server to store
day by day exchanges. Outsource your system maintenance to an IT security solutions
company which will take care of the entire performance of your machines and its
maintenance. They will defragment your system files, clean up the over utilized
space on the disk, and install licensed software for virus and malware protections.
Moreover, the entire wiring system of your office also should be well organized.
Let them check out the source before opening attachments or downloading programs
from new or unusual websites. If in doubt, leave it out and find another way to
access the material from a safe source. Additionally, you should instruct the
employees the importance of following company policies that forbid downloading
unknown programs or opening email attachments from unknown sources.

Context Diagram
Context Diagram is the entrance of a Data Flow Diagram that shows the scope and
boundary of the system. Context contains one and only one process that represents
the system itself as a whole and contains different entities that interact with the
system. System process and entities are connected by data flows showing the input
output flow of data.
Data Flow Diagram
The Data Flow Diagram is a graphical representation of the flow of data through an
information system. Data Flow Diagram enables developers to represent the processes
in the information system from the viewpoint of data.
Data Flow Diagram can be created by major notations Gane-Sarson and Yourdon-Codd.

In developing the proposed system, the developers chose to use the very typical
notations which is the Gane-Sarson notation. Data Flow Diagram will also help the
developer see the flow and ability of the system in visual manner. Data Flow
Diagram will also help the technical and non-technical people in understanding the
process within the system.
Detailed Diagram
They are detailed representation of major processes or subsystems. It is the
explosion of processes on the Diagram 0 and other subsystems. The levels of
detailed diagram are depending on the necessity of existing process in explosion.
[Smar2016]
Processes. A process transforms and manipulated input data into output data.
Process description is determined by verb phrase.

External Entities. Entities are objects outside the system, with which the system
communicates.
External entities are sources and destinations of the systems inputs and outputs.
Entity is usually named using noun phrase.

Data Stores. Data Stores are repositories of data in the system. They are
sometimes also referred to as files.

Data Flows. Data Flows are lines through which with arrow head that identify the
direction of information flowing. Data Flow named the arrows with name of the data
moves through it.

ERD- An entity-relationship diagram (ERD) is a graphical representation of an

information system that shows the relationship between people, objects, places,
concepts or events within that system.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
The developers manage to design by using java the developers used a software
because it is easy to use more like is a user friendly. The online reservation and
registration system the client can easily access to the site to see their schedule
or appointment by logging in to the website of nailandia but they must register
first before they reserve their schedule or appointment

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This system is very effective to all spa company or all business with
reservation system. It lessens the time of the employee and this system can improve
their reservation system and the services of the company. This system can
communicate through online so that the client can reservation to the spa. We highly
recommend this system for every company wants to improve their reservation and
every client can register and reserve through online and this system is secure for
all information of the clients
