AFFIDAVIT OF UNTENANCY

I/We Amelia Hernandez, of legal age, with residence at Brgy. Santol, Balagtas, Bulacan as the
lawful owner of a parcel of lot with TCT No. RT-6066 (T-242249) with an area of twenty five thousand
eight hundred forty seven (25,847) square meters, more or less, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law to hereby depose, and say:

1. That I am declared owner(s) of a parcel of land situated at Barangay Santol, Municipality of

Bigaa. Province of Bulacan with an area of twenty five thousand eight hundred forty seven
(25,847) square meters, more or less, under TCT No. RT-6066 (T-242249);

2. That the said parcel of land is rice land in actual use and personally managed and cultivated by
me/us and hence the same is UNTENANTED;

3. That I am/we are executing this Affidavit for all legal intents and purposes and in order that the
said Deed of Sale in favor of Fochun, Inc., may be registered with the Office of the Register of
Deeds for the Province of Bulacan,

Merville Park Subdivision, Parañaque City, as the president, be authorized and hereby authorized to sell,
in the name of the corporation, its real properties with TCT Nos. 11089, 11090, 11092, 11093, 21914 and
26027 of the Register of Deeds of Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law to
hereby depose, and say:

1. That I am declared president of real properties situated at Pulong-gubat, Municipality of Bigaa.

Province of Bulacan, under TCT Nos. 11089, 11090, 11092, 11093, 21914 and 26027;

2. That the said real property is rice land in actual use and personally managed and cultivated by
me/us and hence the same is UNTENANTED;

3. That I am/we are executing this Affidavit for all legal intents and purposes and in order that the
said Deed of Sale in favor of Fochun, Inc., may be registered with the Office of the Register of
Deeds for the Province of Bulacan,
