LAUNCHING REQUIREMENTS

1. 2X2 PICTURE | SOFTCOPY

·​ ​Frontfacing, no comical or creative poses


·​ ​Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
·​ ​ aken in a plain white background

·​ ​Taken in a well-lit place
·​ ​Wear appropriate professional or business casual attire
·​ ​Photo must be in full color
·​ ​Make sure that you look professional and presentable
·​ ​Proper grooming should be observed
·​ ​Hair should not cover the face
·​ ​Eyeglasses should be removed
·​ ​The picture must not be pixelated or blurry

NOTE: ​You can use your USB to get the raw file or softcopy of the picture you had in a photo studio.

2. SCREENSHOT OR SCANNED COPY OF (1) OF ANY GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID

·​ ​Driver’s License
·​ ​Digitized Postal ID
·​ ​Social Security System ID (UMID)
·​ ​Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID
·​ ​Digitized Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ID
·​ ​Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
·​ ​National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
·​ ​Police Clearance
·​ ​Passport
·​ ​School ID (Graduate School Students only)
·​ ​Philippine Overseas Employment Association (POEA) ID
·​ ​Digitized Voter’s ID

NOTE: If you do not have any valid IDs, you can submit a scanned copy of your birth certificate.

3. AUDIO RECORDING

·​ ​Please leave 5-10 seconds pause in the beginning for our editing purposes.
·​ ​MP3 Format
· ​You may do your recordings using your smartphones,

· ​You need to project your voice accordingly. Be very LIVELY and ENTHUSIASTIC. There
should be NO BACKGROUND or STATIC NOISES.
· ​If the recordings will not meet the set standards, you may be requested to have another
recording.

NOTE: Your first virtual encounter with a potential student is through your PICTURE and your
RECORDED SCRIPT. These will be your unique selling points. Please prepare your picture and
recordings WISELY.
4. NBI CLEARANCE

·​ ​Submit a scanned copy of your NBI Clearance after launching.

5. DIPLOMA

If you do not have a copy of your diploma, you may submit:


·​ ​Certificate of Graduation
·​ ​Transcript of Records

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

·​ ​Submit your Teaching certificates and documents for a chance to be promoted instantly.

TARPAULIN REQUIREMENT

Your tarpaulin will be your backdrop or background during your official classes. You will be the one to
provide your own tarpaulin.

NOTE: You don’t need to have it printed right away. You may do that right AFTER your ON-BOARDING.
