 Emergency Response Centers Balochistan
PEOPLE’S PRIMARY HEALTH CARE INITIATIVE BALOCHISTAN (PPHI-B) is establishing Medical Emergency
Response Centers on all major highways of Balochistan. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for
the following positions based in Quetta Balochistan for which the screening test will be conducted by Career
Testing Services Pakistan (CTSP).

01 Manager Admin & HR MBA (HR)with a minimum of 07 years of leadership 18-43 years
experience in Human Resources and Administration.

02 Manager Finance CA, ACCA or MBA in Finance with minimum 07 years 18-43 years
of proven track record in financial management and
accountancy in a reputable organization.

03 Manager Operations Master Degree in Social Sciences or Management 18-43 years

Sciences with 07 years of relevant experience in
services/field operations in a reputable organization.

04 HR Officer Master in Social Science or MBA (HR) with five years 18-43 years
experience in relevant field.

05 Finance Officer ACCA, MBA (Fin), MCOM, BSBA with three years 18-43 years
experience in finance and accounts.

06 Audit Officer ACCA qualified with three years experience in auditing. 18-43 years

07 Monitoring Officer Master in Social Science or MBA with three years 18-43 years
experience in monitoring and evaluation.

08 Admin Officer Master Degree in Social Science or MBA with three 18-43 years
years experience in administration.

09 Engineers Bachelor in civil engineering with three years 18-43 years

experience in civil works.

10 Office Assistant BA/BSc (short hand 40 pm/ typing 45 pm) with three 18-43 years
years experience in office work.

11 Helpline Operators FA/F.Sc with one year of experience as telephone operator. 18-43 years

Terms and Conditions:

1. All the above positions will be filled purely on contract basis under control and management of PPHI-B.
2. Name of the post applied for must be written on the top of the envelope.
3. On detailed scrutiny of documents if found ineligible your candidature will be rejected irrespective of the
fact whether you have appeared in the examination/test or even qualified therein. Therefore, make sure
before appearing in the examination/test that you are eligible in all respects for the post (s) applied for.
4. Candidates already serving in government departments may apply through proper
channel. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in Test/Interview.
5. Application can be submitted within 10 days of publication of advertisement.
