With the reference to the subject noted above the undersigned is pleased to bring

in your notice that the said College has been Upgraded from inter level to Degree College in
2006 but from the day of upgradation the budget of inter college is being sanctioned which has
caused many problems for meeting the needs of Degree level

The allocation of budget remains the key issue of College except that The
follwing main/fundamental issues are being face

a. Scarcity of teaching staff ,present strength of teaching staff is only five.

b. Construction of lecture Rooms
c. Building of library for the students in college
d. Bill payment issue of both eclectricity and telephone
e. Fuel adjustment for students pick and Drop as at present three buses are
available but only One bus fuel is allocated in budget , the fuel for Three more
It is submitted that the above mentioned issues may kindly be resolved With
higher interest of students and is hoped that the demands would be paid
consideration.
