ORDER
In the references 1st and 2nd read above, the Engineer-in-Chief(Admn)
(FAC) & Chairman, Board of Chief Engineers based on the representation of
Builders Association of India, and based on the recommendations of Board of
Chief Engineers has sent the proposal requesting the Government to issue
necessary orders to restore the hire charges of all the machinery being used
in ongoing works to the Pre-GST level for which agreements were concluded
before 01.07.2017.

2. In view of the circumstances explained by the Engineer-in-

Chief(Admn)(FAC) & Chairman, Board of Chief Engineers and after careful
examination of the matter, Government here by order to keep the same hire
charges of machinery adopted in Pre-GST regime even in the Post-GST
regime for all the ongoing works as on 01-07-2017 which are continued after
01.07. 2017 (for which agreements were concluded before 01-07-2017).

3. The Engineer-in-Chief (Admn), Water Resources Department, Andhra

Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
