ANSWER:
Internal and External Analysis
SWOT is an acronym used to describe the particular Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats that are strategic factors for a specific company.
Differences between internal and external environment.

Internal environment involve within the organization,which are the employee


attitudes,new equipment,strategy,work forces.The organization has the control of these
matters because it happen within the organization unless like external environment.

External Environment:
All outside factors that may affect an organization make up the external environment .
The external environment is divided into two parts:

internal environment
Conditions, entities, events, and factors within an organization which influence its activities and
choices, particularly the behavior of the employees. Factors that are frequently considered part of the
internal environment include the organization's mission statement, leadership styles, and its
organizational culture.

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT OF AN
ORGANIZATION?

ANSWER.
A business does not function in a vacuum. It has to act and react to what happens outside
the factory and office walls. These factors that happen outside the business are known as
external factors or influences. These will affect the main internal functions of the
business and possibly the objectives of the business and its strategies.

Main Factors:
The main factor that affects most business is the degree of competition - how fiercely
other businesses compete with the products that another business makes.

The other factors that can affect the business are:

Internal environment
An organization has internal environment which includes owner, board of directors, employees, and culture.
Such elements directly influence a business organization. As these elements remain under the control of the
organization, the management should utilize them in favor of the organization by using their ability,
experience and skill.

External environment
External environment of an organization can also be classified in two categories. They are general
environment and task environment. The general environment is not related to organization but task
environment is related.
