quality related documents and reports in accordance with the approved
Inspection & Test Plan, like pre hydro test check list, post hydro test check
list, line flushing reports, and summery of Welding including reports for
NDE, P&IDS, pipe arrangement plan, isometric drawings and certificate for
the calibration of the relief valves, pressure gauges etc

Responsibilities
Verify the Material Mill certificate as per the code/Spec. and Purchase order
requirement.
Ensure the name of Manufacturer and factory symbol, Purchase order/
Manufacturer’s number and date of revision, Certification register number and date
of issue, Material specification, Dimensions, Quantity and weight in KG, Surface
examination statement, Charge Number, batch Number or heat-lot number, chemical
composition and Mechanical properties from test results, when applicable NDT
methods/Hydrostatic test and results, Heat treatment procedure/records, signatories
and function)
Inspecting in the store for ensuring the storage system of welding consumables.
Monitoring all welding activities performed in the project and ensures recognition of
ITP witness and hold point inspections.
Monitoring welder performance and Pipe spool, Skid fit-up dimensional inspection.
To witness and review the hydrostatic test package for the completed quality related
documents and reports in accordance with the approved Inspection & Test Plan.
Issue NCR for Non-conforming activities and Verify corrective action.
Preparing Attending punch list activities for Mechanical Clearance.
Verify IRN and IRT reports Module wise prior to shipment delivery.

Position : Lead QA/QC Engineer – QM Team

Location : SOUTH KOREA.
Responsibilities
Conduct welding procedure qualification and Witness welder qualification test (WQT).
To participate in kick-off / pre-inspection meeting with client / vendor before
commencing work. Participating construction review meeting.
Work allocation to the sub-ordinates based on their skills and experience to ensure
the quality system in place.
Co-ordination with Company TPIA for various witness / hold points based on approved
ITP.
Prepare all inspection reports for the activities inspected as per the requirements of the
ITP and quality plan.
Inspecting in the store for ensuring the storage system of welding consumables.
Ensure that all welding is performed as per the requirements of the approved welding
procedures.
Coordinating NDT works like RT, UT, PT, and MPI as per standards/procedures.
Issue NCR for Non-conforming activities and Verify corrective action.

water tanks (a total of 16 tanks in various diameters).

Reporting to QC Lead. Plan and Coordinates inspection activities for various discipline
inspectors at site and reports to the QC Manager on Quality Surveillance issues.
Witness the material inspection and verify the materials and dimension as per the Mill
Test Report.
Monitoring all the materials are maintaining the traceability during cutting and ensure
that the desired materials are used as per the drawings.
Monitoring all the welding activities in the project to ensure that all the welding are done
as per the project specification and specified WPS.
Witness the Fit-up and visual inspection of tubular joints, TKY joints and piping joints.
Monitor the NDE activities in the site and to ensure they are done as per the
specification and procedure.
Interpret and evaluate all the NDE reports and submission to the client.
Co ordinate with the client in all technically related issues and resolve The Quality /
technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines.
Responsibilities
Review of the project scope of work, material specifications, and IFC drawings for any
conflict with the requirement of the Quality standards and advise the Engineering
Department to initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of
work.
Co ordinate with the client in all technically related issues and resolve The Quality /
technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines
Attend the Weekly Quality tool box meeting with the Quality staff and The construction
crews to resolve the technical / Quality issues.
Ensure quality norms are maintained as per set standards through inspections, daily
checks, supervision etc.
Witness the Fit-up inspection of piping to ensure it was done as per the isometric
drawing and specified WPS.
Check for the material, dimension and alignment of the piping.
Monitoring the welding activities and to verify the correct WPS was implemented in the
specified joints and to confirm the qualified welder.
Witness of the flange face, gasket and bolts before installation to ensure the correct
material and to check for any damage.
Welding Visual inspection of all finished components and witnessing on testing methods.
Coordinating the NDE activities.
Raising deviation /concession request, technical queries as required by project with
technical specification.
Review of piping test packages and approval.
Piping test package walk down with the client to ensure all the piping was done as per
the PID and ISOMETRIC drawings. Create punch lists and check for clearing the punch
items.
Prepare all the welding visual reports.
Witness hydro test/pneumatic test.
Reinstatement of the piping system.
Prepared stage inspection reports and final inspection documents in all identified stages.
Preparation of As-built drawing & project dossiers completion of punch list.
Attending Mechanical walk down to ensure final completion of whole piping system.
Attending witness for TIE IN joint and carry out inspection activities throughout the
process.
Responsibilities
Coordinating NDT works like RT, UT, PT, MPI, Vacuum Box Test & Pen Oil Test and
Witness Mechanical test as per standards.
Compile daily welding reports, verify weld production reports and ensure compliance
to NDT requirements.
