Objective of the Online personal counseling

(1)Exploring problems: - Exploration is the process of learning
more about your client and why they have come to counseling.
(2)Empower to create own solution: - Empowering your
client is not about providing them with all the answer. It is about
empowering them with your counseling skills, to find their own
solution.
(3)Counseling to help change: - The first, according to him, is
that counseling should maximize individual freedom to choose and
act within the conditions imposed by the environment.
(4)Decision: - making as a goal of counseling some counselors
hold the view that counseling should enable the counselee to make
decision.
(5)Modification of behavior as a goal behaviorally: -
Oriented counselors stress the need for modification of behavior,
for example, removal of undesirable behavior or action or
reduction of an irritating such that.

Project features

The proposed system will aim to automate all the activities and eliminate all the
drawbacks that the existing system of manual operation faces. The important
features of functionality of the proposed system are listed below-

(1)The propose system will save significant amount of time and effort invested by
the university every year.

(2)The system fully works as an online.

(3)It helps the university to dynamically add records to the database.

Structure of the program

As program become more complex change has attending to introduce unexpected
effects. Incremental programming tries to isolate the effects of changes. We add
new features in preference to adding new function, and add new function rather
than writing new programs. The program is implementation model.

 Advantages
(1) Centralized maintain all information.
(2) It helps the university to dynamically add records to the database.

(3) Easy to searching information about college or university.

(4) Easy to managing whole counseling procedure.

Disadvantages

1. Data need to be entered properly otherwise, outcome may be won’t be accurate.

2. Incremental programming tries to isolate the effects of changes.

3. It is about empowering them with your counseling.

Future scope of the project

The system provide the scope of online working using the internet such as- Student
reporting, counseling, searching, the information of counseling procedure and total
seats of college etc. there are following modules and forms are used.

(1) Institute record.

(2) Student record.

(3) Counseling.

(4) Category’s selection form.

(5) Reporting with draw.

 Conclusion
It is clear that there are benefits to online counseling .It is also clear that it is an
option for users within a university selling and that their experience of online

Counseling is satisfactory. Satisfaction ratings for the study are high and are based
on single session encounters.

 Limitations

The maintenance of various records and procedure of reporting are being has done
manually by the counseling department. This leads many draw back some of which
are.

It is a time consuming process. Proper arrangements should be made

before and after the examination- which is both money spending and time
counseling .

As the number of student’s increases counseling process become

more and more difficult.

Not globally maintain the information.

Evaluating of answer sheets also consumes heavy amount of time.

Difficult to management the all types of information of college or

university.
