Some insights for 2018 including astrology and politics

Transiting Venus and transiting Mercury enter the first degree of Aries together on March 6, 2018.
Venus and Mercury move forward together at approximately 1 degree per day between March 6 and
23. Mercury turns retrograde on March 23 at 16 degrees and 54 minutes of Aries. The two planets are
tracking together within approximately 3 degrees or less for 2 weeks because Mercury is gradually
slowing down before turning retrograde.

This prolonged Mercury-Venus conjunction in Aries suggests proactive communications about new
ideas, new products, social initiatives, artistic creations, political initiatives, and to promote creative
new solutions to social, political, economic, industrial, and environmental problems. Agreements in
principle that are made and alignments of people and organizations that occur before Mercury turning
retrograde on March 23, 2018 will undergo a period of refinement. This process of refinement will be
necessary to eliminate glitches, and more precisely define the goals, objectives, plan of action, and
specific terms of projects begun and agreements made involving business plans and legal contracts. The
mercury retrograde cycle will allow enough time for all parties involved to adequately become familiar
with the possibilities and realities of new relationships and alliances. Mercury is retrograde between
March 23 and April 15. On April 15, Mercury turns direct at 4 degrees and 47 minutes of Aries. Between
April 15 and May 3, Mercury retraces in forward motion the distance he moved backwards while
retrograde. On May 3, Mercury reaches 16 degrees and 54 minutes of Aries at the same degree he
turned retrograde, thus ending the retrograde period. Between April 15 and May 3, it should be possible
to arrive at specific plans, agreements, and legal contracts with an adequately detailed and
comprehensive understanding of what is involved. The parties involved can then make formal actionable
agreements.

Aries tends to be aggressive, impatient, impulsive, and competitive. Because of this, people who lack a
mature understanding of proper protocols, systematic organization, priorities, and budgeting will in
some cases resent the delays, miscommunications, frustrations, and situations of temporarily being held
back which are generally associated with retrograde Mercury periods. Such typical Mercury retrograde
situations can result in frustration and anger among those who are more immature. Those who are
wiser will understand that temporary holdups associated with retrograde Mercury periods are a
valuable opportunity to do background research, analysis, and to work out the details of plans,
programs, business agreements, and legal contracts. It is analogous to the procedure of launching a
rocket. The rocket is deliberately held down for a few seconds immediately after the rocket engine is
ignited so as to develop enough thrust to gain the stability of forward motion quickly enough to not fall
over. This principle applies to retrogrades in general but most especially retrograde Mercury in Aries,
and for that matter, retrograde Mars in Aquarius.

The influence of Venus in Aries between March 6 and 31, and especially between March 6 and 23 when
Mercury and Venus are conjunct in Aries, will somewhat soften the harshness of Mercury in Aries. Venus
in Aries is said in astrological tradition to be in her detriment in Aries because Aries is opposite Libra,
one of the signs which Venus rules. Venus in Aries can be socially, romantically, and sexually
competitive, and may lack refinement. On the positive side, Venus in Aries can take the initiative in
instigating cooperation and social activity. It helps in overcoming shyness and inhibition.

Transiting Mars does an extended retrograde period in Aquarius and late degrees of Capricorn between
late June and early October 2018. Mars enters Aquarius on May 16, 2018, on the same day that Uranus
enters Taurus in exact square to Mars. Mars turns retrograde at 9 degrees and 13 minutes of Aquarius
on June 26, 2018. Mars turns direct on August 14, 2018. Mars turns direct at 28 degrees and 37 minutes
of Capricorn on August 27, 2018. Mars re-enters Aquarius on September 12, 2018. Mars regains 9
degrees of Aquarius on October 9, 2018.

Mars in Aquarius has a general influence of creating dissatisfaction with the existing cultural, political,
and economic power structure. This drives populist dissent and revolutionary sentiment. People will
want more personal freedom, and less interference and surveillance in their lives from government and
corporate power structures. There will be more resistance to centralized power and control, and desire
for local freedom and political autonomy. There is increasing dissatisfaction with corrupt, clumsy, and
inefficient centralized bureaucracy based on burdensome taxation. Breakdown of long distance
business, banking, communications, travel, and shipping infrastructures would accelerate such a trend
to decentralization. New leaders with new ideas about cultural, economic and political organization will
emerge at the grassroots level. There will be a general intensification of populist demand for change.
This will take many forms, from reactionary attempts to violently overthrow the established power
structure, to more enlightened approaches of implementing solutions. Violence does not solve
problems. It provides the forces of oppression with the excuse to impose a police state clamp down and
invasive surveillance of people’s private lives. They justify this with the excuse of national security and
protection against terrorism.

On the positive side, there will be much innovation in science, engineering, and sustainable energy
technologies. Many viable free energy devices have been invented and suppressed over the last 100
years. Whatever ultimately controls Earth does not want the human population of Earth to have local
free energy independent from centralized control, because it would mean economic freedom and local
autonomy. Nevertheless, the knowledge of free energy is becoming so widespread that it can no longer
be held back.

As popular frustration and anger at the dysfunction of existing cultural, religious, political, and economic
systems increases in every region of the world, so will pressure to change or abolish the existing
systems. Massive change is inevitable. The real question is how smoothly this change can occur. Will it
be a relatively smooth, cooperative change, or will it be sudden, violent, and disruptive? This will
depend largely on the individual and collective choices made not just by humans but by various ET
factions as well. Some ET factions are human-friendly, and want to see us develop and thrive. Others
would like to eliminate most of us, while turning the rest of us into biological robots by interfacing us
with artificial intelligence, and disconnecting our soul contact through genetic engineering. The existing
centralized economic and political power structure is essentially the same one which has been in control
for thousands of years. It is the same bloodlines which were set up as a system of proxy rulership of the
human population when the ET faction who has been in control of Earth for hundreds of thousands of
years either went back into space, or retreated to a vast system of miles-deep underground cities and
tunnel systems. Special genetically tweaked bloodlines were set up to be the proxy rulers of Earth.
These ruling bloodlines were designed to be psychically possessed and controlled more easily by the ET
faction who has been in control of Earth for a long time. While this premise may seem far-fetched, there
is considerable archeological, geological, and historical evidence to support it. History is not only
written records, but is also embodied in the oral traditions, myths, and legends of indigenous cultures all
over the world who still keep their ancient traditions.

Mars in Aquarius is square Uranus in Taurus between May 12 and 16, between July 26 and August 11,
and also between September 12 and 23, 2018 . These are dangerous times when disruptive and/or
violent events can occur. There is a higher potential at these times for terrorist attacks to happen,
whether they are real, or false flag events. Frustrated and repressed public anger at massive corruption
and violation of human rights will erupt in protests and demonstrations which could easily turn violent,
which is covertly what those in power want to justify more military domination and control of the
population. To this end, they frequently hire agent provokers to turn peaceful demonstrations violent,
and thereby discredit lawful political opposition. There could also be electrical and electronic
communication outages caused by natural disasters such as aberrant weather or earthquakes, or
brought on by war, terrorist attacks, or lack of adequate maintenance of infrastructure. It is the nature
of Mars to want to go into action especially in Aquarius ruled by revolutionary Uranus. It’s becoming
increasingly obvious to the general public that no real progress is being made in public policy and that
the human condition is getting worse. When food and the other necessities of life become unavailable
and unaffordable, desperate people will do desperate things.

Whole regions in the Middle East and Africa are drying up and becoming uninhabitable, resulting in mass
migrations. Millions of uneducated, desperate people are inundating Europe bringing rape, crime and
the imposition of foreign religious and social values. This is having a devastating, degrading effect on
European culture and living conditions. Medical and social welfare systems are being overloaded and
financially exhausted.

There are serious economists who are predicting the collapse of the dollar and an international dumping
of U.S. treasury bonds on the global market. Hyperinflation brought on by collapsing currencies would
only exacerbate already desperate conditions. The Federal Reserve’s creation of trillions of dollars of fiat
money out of nothing is creating distrust in the stability of the dollar, which could end the dollar’s status
as the petro dollar and the world’s premier currency.

Uranus enters Taurus in Mid-May 2018, and except for a period of time between November 7, 2018 and
March 7, 2019 when Uranus has retrograded back into Aries, Uranus will be in Taurus for the next 7
years.

Taurus relates to money, property, banking, and financial systems. With as much as Uranus also relates
to sudden radical change, we can expect massive worldwide changes in financial systems. Such shakeups
could begin as early as this late spring and early summer. Yes, the stock market is high, but unless stock
market and commodities values are seen in relation to the real purchasing power of the dollar and other
currencies, these statistics can be misleading. The above mentioned squares of transiting Mars in
Aquarius square Uranus in Taurus are times when global financial chaos could escalate. Transiting
Jupiter in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces are trine the U.S. horoscope 2nd house sun in Cancer through
the remainder of 2018. This is protecting the U.S. economy but it also tends to be inflationary.
Devastating natural disasters, if severe enough, could cause sudden economic collapse. Without this, I
do not expect a sudden economic collapse, but rather a more gradual inflationary decline of buying
power of the dollar and other currencies combined with a shrinking overall volume of trade and
commerce.

Mars retrograde impedes action, while Mars in Aquarius wants change and reform now. In a similar way
to Mercury retrograde in Aries, this is like stepping on the gas pedal and applying the brakes at the same
time. This causes increasing mass frustration when the vast majority of the people of the world already
have their backs to the wall. This is building a revolutionary time bomb. Transiting Mercury in Leo is in
opposition to retrograding Mars in Aquarius between July 3 and 7, 2018. Transiting Mars in Aquarius is
conjunct the south moon’s node and opposition the north moon’s node within a 2 degree orb in the last
2 weeks of July 2018. These influences will intensify public disfavor of existing political and economic
power structures. People all over the world are losing faith in their political, legal, economic and
religious power structures. It will become more and more obvious those who control these institutions
have no real intention of improving the human condition. For the billions of people whose basic survival
is already marginal, this pervasive disillusionment increases the likelihood of violent class warfare and
armed revolution. Major economic destabilization would only intensify this trend.

When Mars turns direct at 28 degrees of Capricorn on August 27, 2018, he is conjunct the 9th house
Pluto in the U.S. horoscope. The 9th house rules the high court, which in the U.S. is the Supreme Court
who decides on Constitutionality of legislation passed by Congress and actions taken by the President
and the executive branch of the U.S. government. There is a possibility this transit of Mars conjunct the
U.S. chart Pluto could precipitate a Constitutional crisis. This could result from deep-state threats made
to Supreme Court Justices, or from lawsuits challenging unconstitutional exercise of federal authority.
The 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by
the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the
people.” Today, federal government hegemony has vastly exceeded the limitations imposed by the 10th
Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and needs to be curtailed. An example of this is federal laws
forbidding marijuana, which is impeding U.S. farmers from growing hemp, because they both come from
cannabis plants, and the laws are quite confusing and self-contradictory. Hemp has the longest,
strongest fibers in the plant kingdom, and is used to make paper, cloth, rope, building materials,
medicine, oil for fuel, and many other useful products. Hemp has many extremely valuable medical and
industrial uses. George Washington grew hemp. During World War I, the federal government
encouraged farmers to grow hemp as part of the war effort as it was needed for rope and other
products for the military. This was also done during WWII, and was promoted with a film titled, Hemp
For Victory.
Alcoholic beverages were made illegal at the federal level by the 18th amendment to the U.S.
Constitution which was ratified in 1919, and went into effect on January 18, 1920. Prohibition was in
effect for 13 years until the 18th Amendment was repealed by the 21st Amendment to the Constitution,
enacted on December 5, 1933.

The first law making marijuana illegal at the state level was in California in 1913. The first federal law
making marijuana illegal was the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937. Prohibition was a boon to the mafia and
other criminal enterprises which supplied alcoholic beverages such as whiskey, vodka, gin, etc., to those
who wanted it or were addicted to it. When prohibition was repealed, these criminal
organizations needed a new illegal drug from which to make money. This was the era when the medical
industry was being taken over by big pharma on behalf of big banking. Cannabis was too inexpensive,
too effective, and especially very effective in treating chronic pain. This was a threat to big pharma and
the major banks and financial institutions who wanted a medical industry exclusively under their
control. Hemp seeds are a good source of oil for bio fuels which can be used to run diesel engines. So,
hemp was also a threat to the oil industry.

Big pharma wants to profit from medications which manage symptoms rather than cure illnesses. That
way, people would have to take them every day, year in and year out, which would be a continuous
source of income for the drug companies. This is especially true of psychiatric medications, by means of
which the population could be dumbed down, brainwashed, and made more controllable.

The school shootings that have happened over the last few years in which students have used guns to
kill teachers and fellow students have all been false flag incidents designed to manipulate public opinion
into supporting the elimination of the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment guarantees citizens of the
United States the right to bear arms. I have never personally been attracted to guns and have never
owned a gun or wanted to own a gun, but that is beside the point. Guns do not kill people. People kill
people whether they use a gun, a knife, a club, a brick, poison, or some other means. For that matter,
why not make neckties illegal because they could be used to strangle people? The only way to really
solve the problem is to eliminate the motivation to kill. That requires work on social, economic, political,
psychological, and spiritual levels. Independent researchers of the circumstances surrounding these
school shooting tragedies have determined the students who did the shooting were all on psychiatric
medications and frequently had connections to government military and/or intelligence agencies.

The 2nd Amendment was put in place by the founding fathers so the American people could defend
themselves and the United States Constitution against the usurping of the power of the people by
would-be tyrants and traitors. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, and other
founding fathers specifically warned the American people that if a private bank was ever allowed to take
over the issuing of public currency, it would inevitably mean the destruction of our democracy and
would turn the American people into debt slaves of those who control the banking system.
Unfortunately, that is precisely what has happened. The dollar now has only 4% of the purchasing power
that it had in 1913. The Federal Reserve system acts in total secrecy, has never once been audited by
any independent government or private agency, and totally acts as a law unto itself. Even worse, it
charges the U.S. government and therefore the Taxpayer interest on creating money out of nothing.
The average American citizen is forced to work in compartmentalized jobs for giant elitist owned and
controlled corporations, while having little or no knowledge of the real ultimate agendas of these giant
conglomerates. From being a proud and independent people, we have become slaves to a financial
hierarchy where the few at the top control almost every aspect of people’s lives through a top-down,
military-style chain of command. It uses a system of debt financing at all levels, including individual,
small company, corporate, municipal, county, state, and national. Those who do not submit to this
tyrannical centralized debt slavery do not get funded, and so are not able to start new businesses, or
maintain financial ownership and control of the companies they worked so hard to create and build.

This is particularly true in politics. Running for public office of any significance requires expensive
campaign financing which makes those who get elected be beholden to those who provided such
funding. To make sure elected politicians do what they are told by those who fund their election
campaigns, only candidates who can be blackmailed are funded. Those would-be candidates who refuse
to participate in such sordid, despicable, immoral, and disgusting activities such as child pornography,
pedophilia, rape, human trafficking, torture, black magic, and ritual murder are not funded to run for
office. This is especially true for high positions such as Congressmen in the U.S. Senate or House of
Representatives.

The last thing big pharma wants is a healthy population intent on being self-sufficient, independent, and
capable of critical thinking. Such a population would challenge corrupt centralized control and economic
tyranny. Since the illegal and unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act was signed by former President
Woodrow Wilson in 1913, the United States has been under economic tyranny. With economic tyranny,
political tyranny is inevitable. The Fed charges the American taxpayer interest on creating money out of
nothing. Creating money as a medium of exchange should be a free service provided by the U.S.
Treasury Department as exclusively authorized by Congress. Deficit spending should be made
unconstitutional. It should be made unconstitutional for the government, whether federal or state, to
spend more money than it raises in taxes, tariffs, or by authorizing the treasury department to fund
specific government programs as a way of introducing currency into circulation.

A major example of the encroachment of the corporate controlled government on the constitutionally
guaranteed rights of the people can be seen in the federal laws regarding growing, possession, and use
of cannabis plants. Some types of cannabis plants are grown for marijuana, and some types are grown
for hemp, which has many industrial uses. Federal laws regarding cannabis are confusing and self-
contradictory. How can it be both legal to grow cannabis and illegal to possess what you grow.

A combination of financially and politically powerful interests involving organized crime, big pharma,
and the oil industry wanted to make cannabis illegal, especially after the repeal of prohibition which
ended the huge profits criminal organizations made from illegally supplying alcohol. Since cannabis was
already a widely accepted, popular, and available medicine, they had to give it a new name in order to
demonize it, and that was marihuana(marijuana), which no one had previously heard. Furthermore,
these interests launched a propaganda campaign to demonize marijuana in the late 1930s . The
movie, Reefer Madness, came out in 1936 as a major part of this anti-marijuana propaganda campaign.
The effectiveness of cannabis oil as a cancer cure has been scientifically and medically proven. Consider

use of THC, which is the psychoactive cannabinoid in marijuana, and CBD which is the most prevalent
non-psychoactive cannabinoid derived from cannabis, as an effective treatment for the most aggressive
form of brain cancer. I do not personally agree with patenting genetics that are found in the natural
environment. I consider these to be a law of nature, and therefore not patentable. Nobody has the right
to own a law of nature. However, that is not the point I am making here. Listed with the aforementioned
patent is an impressive list of 33 medical research documents which state the findings of scientifically
conducted research conducted by highly credible medical research doctors at well-established official
medical research facilities. This medical research scientifically proves the effectiveness of cannabis
based medicine as a cancer treatment.

According to this research, cannabis does not harm healthy cells, unlike the usual cancer treatments of
surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, which do a horrific amount of collateral damage to healthy
tissues. This collateral damage is often so bad that the treatment is as deadly as the disease. This
research also established how CBD, the primary non-psychoactive cannabinoid, inhibits cancer from
spreading to other parts of the body, while THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid, is effective at
reprogramming cancer cells to fulfill their natural life cycle so that they can be replaced by new healthy
cells. Those who have done the most extensive research into the medical use of cannabis have found
that to achieve the most effective cancer treatment, the synergistic effect of the full range of
cannabinoids are needed including THC as well as all other cannabinoids. The more spiritually aware
altered states of consciousness facilitated by THC and its synergistic relationship with the other
cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant are an essentially important part of the healing process.

The cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant molecularly interface so perfectly with the molecular
structures of human cells that it cannot be an accident. The advanced spiritual beings who designed and
created the vegetable, animal, and human life forms found on Earth designed them to work
synergistically together. Life forms which embody consciousness at various levels of evolution are the
intentional creations of advanced, highly evolved, multi-dimensional spiritual beings whose highest joy is
participating in the evolution of consciousness through the creation and perfection of evolving life
forms.

I have recently become acquainted with one of the main people involved in educating as many people
as possible about cannabis, and have learned much in the process. She personally knows many of the
primary people responsible for the full legalization of marijuana in the state of Colorado, and knows
many of the most significant players in the hemp-cannabis industry. She has enabled many people to
overcome cancer by using concentrated cannabis oil which she refines and concentrates from cannabis
plants. She is one of the world’s top experts in the refinement and use of cannabis based medicines. She
knows many of the major players in the hemp industry, especially in the state of Colorado. Colorado has
the strongest laws legalizing recreational, medical, and industrial uses of cannabis. The legalization of
cannabis has been written into the Colorado state Constitution, thus making it the duty of all Colorado
state employees and law enforcement officers to uphold the right of all citizens of the state of Colorado
to grow, possess, and use cannabis for all recreational, nutritional, medicinal and industrial purposes.
The use of cannabis is a controversial subject with many entrenched opinions and intense attitudes on
both sides. It is very powerful medicine in that it has the power to connect human perception and
consciousness with subtler dimensions of reality, and can open up psychic and clairvoyant perceptions.
All human activity at the physical level is the expression of various levels of inner multidimensional
psychic programming, habits, attitudes, and cultural conditioning. Cultural conditioning exists on a broad
range of levels of consciousness from the most ignorant and prejudiced to the most wise and
enlightened. Cultural conditioning, especially at the level of moral standards and belief systems, is
usually embodied in some form of religion, or standardized set of values and acceptable behaviors. In
practicality, no religion can be any better than the level of consciousness of those who espouse it. Every
religion has its fundamentalist, fanatical component at the lower end of these levels of consciousness. It
is not about this religion, or being better than others, it is about the level of consciousness that is
expressed by those who claim to be its proponents.

Anything which challenges or expands the lowest common denominator of cultural norms and beliefs
incurs the resistance, and often the fanatical opposition, and even hatred and persecution of those who
are invested in the status quo of the prevailing cultural norms. Anything that challenges and changes
cultural norms by expanding consciousness has almost always incurred the wrath and persecution of the
existing religious, social, political, and economic power structure. Marijuana and the subculture which
has grown up around it confronts and challenges the norms and institutionalized laws and standards of
the prevailing dominant culture, especially in the west. It arouses fear, and at the subconscious level,
even terror. This is why cannabis, and those who use and promote it, have been systematically attacked
and persecuted by the establishment economic-political power structure and its controlled mainstream
media.

The following few paragraphs summarize the current status of marijuana laws in the United States, and

substance and is therefore illegal federally, states are allowed to adapt their own legislation. Marijuana
laws vary state-by-state.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA STATES

Currently, 29 states have passed laws to establish comprehensive public medical marijuana programs.
California was the first to allow medical use of marijuana with the passing of Proposition 215 in 1996.
Since then, several additional states have adopted medical marijuana legislation, including Alaska,
Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico,
New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and West
Virginia. The District of Columbia and Puerto Rico also allow medical marijuana use. The diseases and
conditions for which marijuana can be used legally vary by state.

Sixteen states have adopted limited access marijuana product laws, allowing only therapeutic cannabis
that is low in THC and high in CBD. These states include Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia,
Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Restrictions and the diseases and conditions for which the high CBD oil can be
used to treat vary by state.

RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA STATES

Nine states, including Alaska, California, Oregon, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Vermont,
and Washington, as well as Washington D.C., have approved laws legalizing recreational use of
marijuana. The amount you can possess at one time, however, varies between the states.

CANNABIS CULTIVATION LAWS

Seven states, including Alaska, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Oregon, allow
for home cultivation for recreational use of marijuana. Adults in Washington D.C. can also possess plants
for recreational use. How many plants an adult can cultivate varies state-by-state.

Thirteen states allow qualified medical marijuana patients or their primary caregivers to cultivate plants.
These states include Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana,
Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The number of plants one can cultivate
varies by state.

A provision within the 2014 federal Farm Bill gave permission for universities and state departments of
agriculture to cultivate industrial hemp for limited purposes. Since then, more than 30 states have
enacted laws to establish commercial or research-purpose industrial hemp programs. At least 30 states
so far have adopted statutes allowing the cultivation of industrial hemp under state law, including
Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine,
Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York,
North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah,
Vermont, Washington, Virginia, and West Virginia.

LEGALIZATION OF CBD FROM HEMP OIL

Hemp-derived CBD products are legal under federal law in the United States; however, individual state
laws are dynamic and fluid. Individual states may enact their own laws governing hemp-derived CBD.

Earth changes and aberrant weather continue to exponentially intensify in frequency and severity all
over the planet.

You may recall the drastic receding of the ocean way far beyond what could be attributed to a normal
low tide which took place in late 2017, off the northeast coast of Brazil. This same phenomena is now
happening in the northern hemisphere, including on the U.S. east coast. In January, February, and early
March of 2018, it snowed in North Africa. Big snow storms happened in southern Italy. Moscow had its
coldest winter in 100 years. The northeastern United States had a huge snow storm that produced
hurricane strength winds. Huge cracks have opened up in the earth in Saudi Arabia. A volcano erupted in
the Philippines which sent ash 10 miles into the stratosphere, and 60,000 people had to be evacuated.
An 8.2 earthquake happened in Alaska, and one of similar size off the coast of Mexico. These are only a
few of the disturbing geological and weather related events that have happened in the first 2 months of
2018.

The Nibiru system is also becoming increasingly visible, and people are starting to see it with their
unaided vision without using cameras or other optical equipment.

MERCURY TRANSITS FOR THE REST OF 2018

Mercury transits Virgo between September 6 and 22, 2018. This favors practical critical thinking, and
interest in specialized knowledge and its practical application. There will be more interest in healthy diet
and medical issues. There will be more interest in personal hygiene, appearance, clothing, and style.

Mercury transits Libra between September 23 and October 10, 2018. There is much interest in, and
communication about, psychology and the psychology of relationships. Libra is always associated with
issues related to what constitutes balance of give and take in relationships, and what constitutes justice
and fairness. People will be more interested in what constitutes fairness in all types of relationships
including personal, social, professional, business, etc., and how this applies to legal matters. Legal
matters will be in the news. Obsessive concern with the pros and cons of various issues and choices can
cause indecisiveness, and interfere with the ability to take action.

Mercury transits Scorpio between October 10 and November 1, 2018. This intensifies emotional
communication and awareness at the gut level. This can produce a tendency to either keep ones
thought to oneself, or to be blunt and sarcastic about people’s real motivations. Information is more
likely to be on a need-to-know basis. Communications can have strong subconscious undertones.

Mercury transits Sagittarius between October 31, 2018 and January 5, 2018.

The last of the current series of 3 retrograde Mercury periods in fire signs is in Sagittarius and late
degrees of Scorpio during November and December of 2018. Mercury enters Sagittarius on October 31,
2018. Mercury turns Retrograde at 13 degrees and 28 minutes of Sagittarius on November 17, 2018,
while exactly square Neptune at 13 degrees and 42 minutes of Pisces. Mercury square Neptune is in
effect for 10 days between November 11 and 22, and during December 23 through 26, 2018, after
Mercury goes direct. Mercury retrogrades back into Scorpio on December 1, 2018. Mercury turns direct
on December 6, 2018 at 27 degrees and 17 minutes of Scorpio, while exactly inconjunct Uranus in Aries.
Mercury is inconjunct Uranus in Aries for 2 weeks in the first half of December 2018. Mercury re-enters
Sagittarius on December 13, 2018. Mercury regains 13 degrees of Sagittarius where he turned
retrograde on December 24, 2018. Mercury leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn on January 5, 2019.

Mercury is square Neptune for 10 days while turning direct in mid-November. This will cause a lot of
confusion for many people as to what to believe and what not to believe. Many people will be exposed
to undeniably credible information which turns their whole worldview on its head for the first time, and
many of them will be in a state of cognitive dissonance. The confusion will come from many sources,
one of which is deliberately spun disinformation by governments, major financial institutions, big
corporations, and intelligence agencies. There will also be subliminal manipulation through electronic
media. Much confusion and deception can come from psychic realms, especially the lower Astral
emotional level. There is also official false history which has been used to keep humankind from
knowing our real origins and capabilities. For instance, many giant human skeletons, some as tall as 35
feet, have been scooped up by The Smithsonian Institute, the Vatican, and other elitist-controlled
organizations. Yet another source of confusion will be the inevitable repeating of information that is not
from its original source. In this process, much important information gets left out and/or distorted.

Confusion could also result from the slowdown or stopping of information caused by damage or
complete destruction to industrial electronic communications infrastructure such as communications
satellites, fiber optic cables, telephone, Internet, radio, and television electronic systems from a variety
of possible natural or manmade causes. Breakdown of communications infrastructures could be a brief,
intermittent, and local phenomena, or it could take out whole cities, states, provinces, regions, nations,
or entire continents for weeks, months, or even years, depending on the nature and severity of the
disruption. In a worst-case situation, short wave radio might be the only still functioning long-range
form of electronic communication. Under such circumstances, rumors and wild speculations would
proliferate in the absence of verifiable information based on long range electronic communications. Yet
still another form of prejudiced and distorted perception of reality often results from fanatical
fundamentalist religious and ideological belief systems of whatever kind. All major religions have their
fundamentalist, fanatical contingent. It is more about level of consciousness than about specific
religions. Deception and distorted understanding of reality is also caused by denial and escapism that
can take many forms such as alcoholism, drug addiction, getting lost in sports, entertainment, TV, and
cell phones. Whatever is going on, people will have a hard time gaining an accurate and comprehensive
understanding of the bigger reality of what is happening in the world.

Mercury turns direct on December 6, 2018 at 27 degrees and 20 minutes of Scorpio while inconjunct
Uranus at 29 degrees of Aries. Mercury is inconjunct Uranus between November 28 and December 15,
2018 when using an allowable variation from exact (called an orb) of 2 degrees. Many people will be in
a state of shock when their sense of normalcy is suddenly disrupted by news of radical events.
Breakdowns of technological infrastructures can compound each other and be difficult or impossible to
sort out. This will particularly be true of electronic communications infrastructures such as telephone
networks, computer systems, internet, radio and TV broadcast facilities, and the electrical power grid.
There is a possibility of sudden insights into the nature of reality. This can manifest as insight into the
universal scientific laws that govern the manifestation and evolution of all creation, or as insight into the
spiritual, social, economic, and political reality of the human condition and how to advance it to a higher
level.

The dysfunction and breakdown of electronic communications technology, and the limitations of the
conscious mind’s reasoning processes when based on insufficient, inaccurate, or falsified information,
will force people to rely more on their intuition and their telepathic abilities. Intuition is a more
advanced form of direct perception. This influence will hone these abilities to a more accurate and
advanced level of functioning. The breakdown of the old systems of social, economic, and political
control, and the mass confusion this causes, can also create the opportunity for new forms of social,
economic and political organization and technological advances to emerge unnoticed, and therefore
without interference. Major advances such as free energy technology, healing with light, sound and
coherent electromagnetic frequencies that harmoniously resonate with DNA and cellular structures can
then be implemented. Effective, natural healing methodologies, such as naturopathic medicine,
homeopathy, and traditional herbal medicine can come forward.

These healing methods do not serve the economic purposes of big pharma and the established banking
system, and therefore have been suppressed. The established economic power structure is more
interested in keeping people sick and dependent on a continuous supply of expensive medications
which manage symptoms but do not address the real causes of illness. In this way, they make more
money and more easily keep the public dumbed down; under their control. This is especially true of
psychiatric medications such as anti-depressants.

This Mercury retrograde cycle, while relatively brief, is indicative of a larger principle at work that
applies to times of chaotic radical change. The pervasive confusion can provide a smokescreen or
camouflage for introducing liberating new technologies based on entraining to universal resonances.
Likewise at the spiritual, social, economic, and political levels, new ways of efficiently interacting bring
about co-creation based on cooperation, and sharing of knowledge and resources. These new forms of
more advanced social, economic and political organization will be based on a holographic model which
allows for information and leadership to move in any direction within the organizational network. These
more advanced technologies and new forms of social, economic and political organization will emerge at
a grassroots level in local communities, and will link up and proliferate from there. The old system uses a
pyramidal, top-down, military-style chain of command. The average corporation is organized like
an army. This old system is seriously limited and flawed, especially when a very few people at the top
must process a vast amount of information coming from lower levels of the pyramidal command
structure. The few at the top simply do not have the time, nor the numerous skill sets required, to
adequately process this information. So, those at the top make costly and sometimes fatal mistakes.

New cosmic frequencies are taking over which will inevitably bring about a shift to a higher level of
consciousness. The higher level of consciousness will automatically be reflected in more advanced
technologies, and a more enlightened culture. Until these scientific and cultural advances come more
fully into being there will be much confusion and uncertainty. This is a general statement about the next
7 or so years, but it is typified on a smaller scale by Mercury turning direct inconjunct Uranus in Early
December 2018.

In general, Mercury in Sagittarius places more interest on study, and attention on cultural development,
history and belief systems.

Astrological analysis for 2018

Transiting Uranus remains in Ares until May 16, 2018. Simultaneously Mars enters Aquarius in exact
square to Uranus. This is a very dangerous beginning for Uranus entering Taurus. Something sudden
and destructive could happen. Taurus is an Earth sign and so relates to the physical geology of Planet
Earth. This could be the beginning of major Earth Changes. This is also likely to be the time when the
global banking system and economy goes haywire. Economic chaos would be inevitable if there are
major Earth changes that destroy coastal cities. brings down the internet, takes down the electrical
power grid, destroys major industrial infrastructures, or any combination of any or all of these. Because
we are in this instance dealing with fixed signs, it would take a long time, probably many decades for
civilization to recover from such disasters. According to the research of terrel of Project Black Star there
are two times a year when there is accelerated earthquake and volcanic activity because of the relative
positions of Earth in her orbit and the Nibaru brown dwarf system. One of these is in May and one is in
November. The one in May of 2018 coincides with Uranus entering Taurus and Mars entering Aquarius..

Uranus retrogrades back into Ares on November 7, 2018, and turns direct on January 6, 2019, at 28
degrees and 36 minutes of Ares. Mercury in Capricorn is exactly square Mars in Ares as Uranus turns
direct. This will mean distressing news and suppressed damming evidence of illegal activities in high
places will emerge into public awareness as Uranus turns Direct. Uranus re enters Taurus on March 6,
2019. The day before Uranus re enters Taurus, Mercury turns retrograde at 29 degrees and 36 minutes
of Pisces on March 5, 2019. The last degree of any sign and especially Pisces which is the last sign of the
zodiac is considered to have great karmic significance. Mercury turning retrograde in the last degree of
Pisces indicates confusion, delay , and breakdown of communications, and availability of news and
information. there will also be suppression and falsification of information and news by politically and
economically powerful people and organizations to cover their tracks and hide corruption and illegal
activities. It could also happen that the infrastructure of long distance electronic communications and
long distance travel could be so damaged as to make long distance communication and dissemination of
news difficult if not impossible.

It takes Uranus 7 years to transit a sign of the Zodiac. It also takes Saturn 7 years to transit 3 signs or one
quadrant of the zodiac. By the time Uranus leaves Taurus and Enters Gemini on July 7, 2025 the old debt
based system of worldwide banking and commerce will have been completely disrupted and no longer
functioning. The same applies to religious, Banking, corporate, and political power structures, and
regimes while Saturn and Pluto are in the Saturn ruled sign of Capricorn. This will reach a critical point
when Saturn is conjunct Pluto in January of 2020. Jupiter is also conjunct Pluto in Capricorn between
mid march and mid July, and in November of 2020. Attempts to re establish the old economic systems
will result in hyper inflation and will fail. Jupiter conjunct Pluto in 2020 also indicates movements to
create new more just economic systems, based on a different organizational structure than the old
ones. some of these economic experiments will be more successful than others.

In December of 2020 Jupiter is conjunct Saturn at the beginning of Aquarius. The exact Jupiter Saturn
conjunction is on December 21, 2020 coinciding with the winter solstice to the very same day. The
precise Jupiter-Saturn conjunction is at )0 degrees and 26 minutes of Aquarius. The first beginnings of
creating a new more just and people friendly economic-political systems will start to emerge. These new
systems will start at the grass roots level in surviving local communities. The Saturn-Pluto, Jupiter-Pluto,
And Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions occurring in 2020, make 2020 a very important reset year for all social,
economic and Political Systems. Jupiter and Saturn are conjunct every 20 years. The 20 year syndical
cycle of Jupiter and Saturn is a major factor used by astrologers to plot economic-political trends. The
sign the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction occurs in sets the tone for the next 20 years.

There has been a cycle in American history of presidents being assassinated on election years coinciding
with Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions. This has not happened every time, but never the less more often than
not. Former president Ronald Reagan would not have survived his assassination attempt, had it not
been for advanced modern trauma surgery.

How much of the physical infrastructure of so called modern civilization still exists by 2020 remains to be
seen. Previous return of the Nibaru brown dwarf system have brought vast cataclysmic destruction as
recorded in the myths, legends, and historical accounts of every ancient culture. The prophecies of these
same ancient cultures are equally alarming, and dire regarding the now reoccurring Nibaru or planet X
return. Anyone who is paying attention is well aware that weather and geological changes are getting
more frequent and more severe all over the world, at an alarming and accelerating rate. It is becoming
impossible to ignore.

This trend will continue until something truly catastrophic happens. such as a mega quake on the west
coast of north America, a Solar CME that takes down the internet, phone systems, and electrical power
grid or worst of all a geographic pole flip where the solid crust of Earth slides over the liquid interior.
When such a geographic pole flip happens, oceans slosh over continents, land masses rise and sink, and
the Earth’s axis of spin that defines the geographic north and south poles, ends up with different pieces
of real estate under the geographic poles. There is ample archeological and geographic evidence that
this has happened on previous returns of the brown dwarf double star companion to the Sun that occurs
approximately every 3600 years.

The planet called Nibaru or planet X is the largest and outermost planet of the brown dwarf system. It is
estimated to be 4 to 8 times the diameter of Earth and to have at least 16 times the mass of Earth. Such
a Massive planet would have a powerful gravitational. electrical and magnetic effect on Earth if it gets
too close, capable of locking onto the Earth’s solid crust while the fluid interior rotates under it.
According to the recent theory set forth by Dr McKinney of Cornell University The electrical and
magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion are by far the dominant forces influencing the interaction
of planets and other celestial bodies when they get within a certain close range of each other. It is
thought that the huge canyon on Mars. that goes one 4th of the way around the planet and Olympus
Mons the biggest mountain in the solar system was carved out by an enormous electrical discharge
between Mars and a passing celestial object. Perhaps the future kill shot solar flare predicted by Ed
Dames, of remote viewing fame is such an electrical discharge between the Sun and the brown dwarf or
one of its planets.

The brown dwarf is surrounded by a cloud of red iron oxide dust. Photographs of the Sun taken over the
last few years frequently show a rust colored halo or band around the Sun. Rust is a form of Iron oxide.
Iron is a heavy element compared to Hydrogen and Helium the 2 lightest elements which is what most
stares are predominantly made of. When a star uses up all its hydrogen through the nuclear fusion
process becomes a red giant, and then explodes as a nova. The huge nova explosion blasts most of the
stellar material into space as a gas cloud from which new stars are eventually formed. the heavier
elements collapse into a dense core remnant and become a dwarf star. The bigger a star is the faster it
uses up its hydrogen fuel, and thus it becomes a red giant and goes nova sooner than less massive stars.
The mass of the remnant core of a star is very large compared to its size, because it is made up of
heavier elements. The dense remnant core of an imploded large star with its surrounding cloud of
plasma made of iron and other heaver elements becomes a brown dwarf such as the double star
companion to the Sun.

The double star companion to the Sun has a very long elliptical orbit that takes it way out into space
beyond the orbits of Neptune and Pluto for the greater time of its orbital cycle of approximately 3600
years. Its orbit is not parallel to the plain of the ecliptic but crosses the ecliptic at an angle. It passes
through the plane of the orbits of the planets of the solar system which are all parallel to each other,
except Pluto, within a degree or so. The brown dwarf and its planets passes through the solar system
twice as it approaches and as it leaves perihelion. which is where it comes closest to the Sun. The brown
dwarf and it s planets heat up the Earth and the other planets of the solar system by electromagnetic
induction from the inside nickel-iron cores out to the surface of the planets. This internal heating by
induction from the Nibaru system causes the Earth to expand and causes the thin solid outer crust of
Earth to crack resulting in sink holes, earth quakes, and volcanic eruptions, all of which are currently
exponentially increasing in frequency and severity. It is quite possible that the brown dwarf is it remnant
of what was once a star bigger than the sun that consumed its hydrogen fuel faster than the Sun and so
imploded and went nova sooner than the Sun leaving only its inner dense core which became the brown
dwarf double star companion to the Sun.

The most likely time for the closest approach of Nibaru to Earth is May of 2018, although it could be
May of 2019. This would be the time that the most severe geological disruptions would occur.

At a certain point Nibaru would get close enough for everyone to see from their back yard and be
imposable to hide any longer. This would be the point at which the government would declare martial
law and lock down highways, transportation, and communication infrastructures on the pretext of
preventing panic and civil disorder. Anyone who wants to get out of danger areas should leave before
that happens or they will be stuck where they are. This is particularly true of coastal areas which would
be wiped out by tsunamis in the event of catastrophic earth changes. Anyone living in a danger zone
should leave before martial law is declared. If they wait too long they will not be able to leave, and will
die. My advice to anyone living in vulnerable coastal areas to move inland to mountainous areas at high
elevations and join or form self sufficient communities. If major Earth changes start by May, of 2018 as
many researchers suspect then people in dangerous coastal areas should relocate at least by the early
spring. There are according to some researchers ancient records from before 3600 years ago, which is
approximately when the last Nibaru return would have occurred, that used a calendar that had 360 days
per year rather than 365 days per year. This suggests that the length of the Earths orbital time period
was increased by 5 and 1/4 days per year due to perturbations of Earth’s orbit caused by the last Nibaru
return. Records left by ancient Astronomers in many different locations including Asia, The Middle East,
and the Americas all refer to a 360 day calendar. The other planets of our solar system are being
affected by the current Nibaru return just as much as Earth is. we know this because of NASA space
probes that have been sent out into the solar system to gather scientific data on the other planets of our
solar system and their moons. This has been going on ever since the 1970’s. dramatic changes such as
perturbations of planetary orbits, changes in magnetic field strength, increases in brightness,
temperature changes, tilt of the axis of rotation, and changes in atmospheric weather patterns, and
deviations in Sun spot cycles and other solar phenomena have all become very noticeable. Whatever is
causing extreme geological, weather, and magnetosphere changes on Earth is also causing them
throughout the solar system and on the Sun. All of this points to the presence of something very
massive passing through the solar system, such as the brown dwarf double star companion to our Sun.
The brown dwarf has its own planets and these planets can have moons. All of these passing through
our Solar system can have complex far reaching effects.

The complexities are even far greater, because there are various factions of Extra Terrestrial beings,
species and time-space fairing civilizations involved. One of the main species involved are the Anunaki
who come from the planet Nibaru which is the biggest planet of the brown dwarf double star
companion to the Sun. Earth and our solar system is part of their colonial empire in the local galactic
neighborhood. They are giants of which skeletal remains have been found all over the world, up to 35
feet in stature. The Anunaki are militaristic and have a might equals right mindset. There social and
political structure is based on a cast system, or a pyramidal top down military style chain of command.
They have a history of internecine competition and war. Starting about 200,000 years ago they
genetically manipulated the human species as we currently know ourselves, to be a worker race or
slave species to mine for gold and other natural resources and other tedious, dirty and dangerous work
that the worker cast within the Anunaki hierarchy were worn out with, rebelled against, and refused to
do any longer. The Anunaki genetic engineers combined their own DNA with that of what they claimed
was a primitive human like species to create workers with enough intelligence to follow orders and
understand instructions, but not enough to be a threat to or compete with the Anunaki themselves. We
were given a short life span so that we did not have time to figure out the bigger picture. The beings at
the top of the Anunaki hierarchy set up various religions as social management systems for their
genetically tweaked worker species, and under various guises posed as the gods of these religions in
various parts of the world in various historical epics or time periods. Competing factions within the top
levels of the Anunaki hierarchy have used humans as foot soldiers in their internecine wars with each
other. They have done this in the same way that we might use pawns in a game of chess. We have been
regarded by them as expendable and not important, to be used when it is convenient for their purposes.

Other stellar civilizations that have also interacted, and still do, with humanity on planet Earth, and have
different agendas than the Anunaki. Most of the information about the Anunaki that I have referred to
here is based on the writings and channeled information comes from a group of ET beings who are
mostly from the Pleiades who have channeled there teachings through Barbara Marciniak. In a future
time line they have viewed their civilization in the Pleiades has having been taken over by a vast tyranny
which had its origins on Earth in our late 20th and early 21st current era. In this scenario humanity was
subjected to being interfaced with and subjected to control by artificial intelligence, using computer
chips and nanobots introduced into the human biology by medications, artificial food additives,
Chemtrails, GMO’s and genetic engineering. Humans were turned into biological robots with no
connection to their higher dimensional spiritual being, soul, or higher self, and with no free will or
spiritual self determination.

To counter this dismal future time line the Pleiadian’s traveled back through time to our current era
here on Earth to introduce other future time line probabilities. In the other future time line created by
this intervention, humanity on Earth was liberated from Anunaki control, and made aware of their true
history. Human consciousness was elevated into the awareness of existing as sovereign spiritual beings,
thus defeating the Anunaki agenda of conquest and enslavement in the Pleiades. Other ET civilizations
and races in the local galactic neighborhood view the Anunaki as the bullies on the block, so to speak,
and oppose the militaristic Anunaki agenda of conquest and enslavement.

According to these Pleiadian teachings, there is currently a cosmic battle going on over control of Earth
and the future of Earth humanity. This does not Just involve The Anunaki versus other ET civilizations,
but also an internecine war between rival Anunaki factions. this war is being fought in the space
environment surrounding Earth, and in vast underground cities and tunnel systems built by the Anunaki
over hundreds of thousands of years.

Astounding discoveries are currently being made in Antarctica under the ice sheet of up to 2 miles thick
that covers the Antarctic continent. This ice sheet is melting from the bottom up revealing the remains
of an extremely technologically advanced very ancient civilization. Giant pyramids and huge advanced
space ships and other advanced technology are being uncovered beneath the Ice. Needless to say these
discoveries and what is going on in Antarctica is being hidden under a cloak of secracy.
Astrology 101 – Basic rules of interpretation – Part 1

This article is intended to be a summery of some important basic principles and methods of astrology. It
is not my purpose here to elucidate every combination of astrological factors but rather to point out
basic principles and techniques and give a few examples. A thorough analysis of every combination
would be subject matter for a book.

I like to call Astrology the original Holographic Science. As far back as any kind of civilization can be
traced in any part of the world some form of astrology is found. Where astrology originally began is lost
in the mists of time. I personally suspect that astrology was first brought to Earth by the extraterrestrial
beings that originally genetically engineered the human species as we presently know ourselves and
seeded human civilization on planet Earth. Virtually all-traditional cultures of the world have
mythologies and ancient traditions, which speak of interaction with and intervention from advanced
beings that came from the heavens. There are records and stories of the so-called UFO phenomena from
every century of history and every part of the world.
Energy from the solar system and beyond which impinges on planet Earth doe not exist exclusively in
the electromagnetic spectrum, known to official science but also in more subtle multidimensional
psychic and spiritual forms of energy as well. In my understanding these subtler forms of energy
propagate at velocities that are higher quantum multiples of the speed of light. The multidimensional
energies from the Sun, Moon, planets and other cosmic sources which pass through any location on
Earth at any instant of time interact with each other to form a wave interference pattern or hologram
unique to that time-space location. Anything that has a specific time-space beginning such as the birth
of a person or the incorporation of a business carries with it the specific holographic imprint of the
location and moment in time where and when it was born. This original holographic imprint filters,
qualifies, and conditions later cosmic influences giving rise to experiences and activities of the person or
entity in unique ways that are individually specific. All methods of astrological interpretation are based
on this premise.

The alphabet of astrology

Basic astrology is made up of 4 components, which are the fundamental alphabet of astrology. As with
any language, to understand astrology you must master its alphabet. The basic alphabet of astrology is
made up of 4 components, the planets (including the Sun and the Moon called technically called the
lights), signs of the zodiac, houses, and aspects. An analogy can be made to a theatrical play where the
planets are the actors, the signs are the roles the actors play, the houses are the stage settings, and the
aspects between the planets are the plot.

The Sun, The Moon, and the planets of our solar system are the basic motivating sources of energy in
astrology. In terms of how astrology interprets human psychology they represent the basic psychological
drives which motivate human behavior. Other sources of cosmic energy deeper in space also play a
significant role as astrological influences affecting affairs on earth. They include important stars, star
clusters, black holes, novas, comets, galaxies, and the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Among these the
Galactic Center, the Pliades, the stars Serious and Regales are important examples. Many astrologers
consider asteroids especially the 4 major ones to be significant as well.

Signs of the zodiac are divisions of the plane of the Earth’s orbit around the Sun (called the ecliptic) into
12 segments of 30 degrees each. In the tropical zodiac (primarily used in western astrology), the
beginning of the zodiac or what is called 0 degrees Aries coincides with the Vernal (spring equinox)
When the Sun as seen from Earth lines up with the plane of the Earth’s equator. The sidereal zodiac
(primarily used in eastern astrology) consists of constellations of stars arranged along the ecliptic. As
seen from Earth the Sun Moon and planets appear to move through the signs of the zodiac. For instance
when we say Mars is in Aries it means that as seen from Earth Mars is seen against the backdrop of the
sign Aries. The basic influences of the Sun, Moon, and planets are conditioned, colored, and influenced
by the Signs they are in. In terms of human psychology the basic psychological drive represented by a
planet takes on a role like an actor in a play represented by the sign the planet is in. Some signs are
more conducive to the basic nature of a particular planet than others, and so in astrology there is the
tradition of planetary rulership and detriment as well as exaltation and fall. A planet in the sign of its
rulership can express its basic nature in the fullest and most unhindered way whereas in the sign of its
detriment it is hindered and compromised in its basic expression. A planet in the sign of its exaltation
gains its power from the basic mode of function of the sign it is exalted in, whereas in the sign of its fall a
planet is the most disempowered and debilitated.

Houses are divisions of the space around the Earth with reference to the eastern and western horizons
at the specific time of day and location for which a horoscope is set up. Because the Earth spins on its
axis on complete rotation in 24 hours the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west and is visible in the
daytime and obscured by the earth at night time. Just as the Sun goes through this daily cycle so does
the Moon, the planets and other celestial objects. What is called the ascendant or first house cusp in a
horoscope is the location on the ecliptic of the sign, and specific degree of that sign that is rising on the
eastern horizon at the time and geographic location for which an astrological chart is set up. The 7th
house cusp or descendant is where the ecliptic intersects the western horizon in the chart. The 10th
house cusp or midheaven is the highest position in the chart above the surface of the Earth where the
ecliptic intersects the meridian (a great circle from north to south that passes through the zenith directly
overhead). The opposite point is the 4th house cusp or nadir where the ecliptic intersects the meridian
underneath the Earth. The Ascendant (1st house cusp), the nadir (4th house cusp), the descendant (7th
house cusp), and the midheaven (10th house cusp) are called the 4 angles of a chart. They have a
natural relationship of correspondence to the equinoxes and solstices which are the beginning points or
cusps of the cardinal signs of the tropical zodiac. The spaces between the angular house cusps called
quadrants are divided into 3 segments or houses. With 4 quadrants and 3 houses per quadrant there are
12 houses in all.

There are several house systems that are used in astrology that divide the quadrants in various ways.
Unlike signs houses are not usually even 30-degree segments of a circle. At more extreme northern or
southern latitudes the houses become progressively more uneven in width. The equal house system that
divides the chart into equal 30-degree segments beginning with the ascendant, is the only exception.
The only house cusps that do not change with latitude are the 10th and 4th house cusps or the
midheaven and the nadir. I personally suspect that a house system based on this vertical axis is the only
one that can escape the confusing mess that the competing house systems used in astrology amount to.
This system would use equal 30-degree segments based on the midheaven degree. The first house cusp
would be the same degree as on the midheaven three signs later. In this system the ascendant and the
descendant would be treated as important sensitive points in the chart not to be confused with the 1st
and 7th house cusps. Any one who has attempted to cast a chart for someone born in Alaska or
northern Scandinavia using a conventional house system can appreciate what I am saying! It becomes
reduction to absurdity. This could be a rich field for research in astrology.

In astrological interpretation the houses represent the practical circumstances of life such as money,
health, home and family, career, travel, etc. through which the energies of the planets as expressed
through the signs manifest. In a theatrical play the houses would be the stage settings where the actors
play their parts. For example, is the scene taking place in the boardroom or the bedroom? There is a
natural correspondence or similarity between each house and the sign of the zodiac it numerically
equates to. For instance the 1st house relates to Aires, the 2nd house to Taurus, the 3rd house to
Gemini, the 4th house to Cancer, the 5th house to Leo and so on. Planets that are dignified or in
detriment, exalted or in fall are also said to be accidentally dignified or in detriment, exalted or in fall in
the house that corresponds numerically with the sign of ruler ship, detriment, exaltation or fall.
Aspects are specific angles between planets or other significant points in the horoscope as seen from
Earth.

In terms of a theatrical play or stage drama aspects are like the plot. Aspects show how the basic
psychological drives represented by the planets interact either harmoniously or with difficulty or
conflict. Each aspect has its own unique quality or flavor that it adds to the combination of planets
involved in it. Some of these are difficult and others are easier. All aspects are measured in degrees and
are divisions of a circle by various numbers. A circle divided by 1 is of course the same starting point on
the circle. In astrology this is called a conjunction and it occurs when two or more planets or other
significant points in the astrological chart are lined up in the same position in the zodiac as seen from
Earth. When a circle is divided by 2 we have 180 degrees. This is called the opposition in astrology and it
occurs when 2 planets or objects in the horoscope face each other from opposite positions in the
Zodiac.

360 degrees divided by 3 is 120 degrees, called the trine in astrology. ¼ of a circle is 90 degrees called
the square in astrology. 1/6 of a circle is 60 degrees called the sextile. 1/5 of a circle is72degrees called a
quintile in astrology. The conjunction, opposition, trine, square, and sextile aspects are considered to be
the most important or major aspects in astrology. I personally think that the quintile should be included
in that category also.

In addition to the major aspects there are a number of intermediate and minor aspects as well. These
include the semisextile 1/12 circle 30 degrees, the inconjunct or quincunx 5/12 of a circle 150 degrees,
the semisquare 1/8 of a circle 45 degrees, the sesquequadrate 3/8 of a circle 135 degrees and the bi-
quintile 2/5 of a circle or 144 degrees, which could be considered aspects of intermediate importance.
The decile 1/10 of a circle 36 degrees, the tridecile 108 degrees, the nonagon 1/9 of a circle 40 degrees,
and the septile 1/7 of a circle 51 ½ degrees are considered minor aspects.

There are also families of aspects. The conjunction, semi square, square, sesquiquadrate, and opposition
are called hard angle aspects and are considered to be stressful or challenging. The conjunction which is
the most powerful of all aspects is considered to be neutral and will be stressful or not depending on the
planets forming it and other aspects made to it. The trine and sextile are considered harmonious and
bring opportunities and benefits. They indicate circumstances where things naturally go well. The
semisextile and inconjunct or Quincunx are more problematical because they combine incompatible
elements. The incnjunct or quincunx is particularly difficult because it tends to bring about situations of
a dammed if you do and dammed if you don’t nature, where any course of action or inaction has
problems connected to it. The decile, quintile, tri decile, and biquintile are an interesting and important
family of aspects. They are all too often overlooked or ignored because they are difficult to see at a
glance, since they are not even multiples of 30 degrees. This family of aspects is based on the angles
inherent in the pentagram and in solid geometry to the icoshahedron and dodecahedron. These aspects
convey the ability to relate seemingly unconnected sets of information and integrate a higher and more
complex level of synthesis. They are aspects of special talent or genius. They also relate to the exercise
of intention or will.

All aspects can be understood in terms of their relationship to the zodiac and the natural sequence of
the houses. By taking 0 degrees of Aries as the starting point and then going around the Zodiac either
clockwise or counter clockwise the number of degrees of the aspect we arrive at a particular sign. It will
be the cusp of the sign if the aspect is an even multiple of 30 degrees or some other degree of the sign if
the aspect is not an even multiple of 30 degrees. By understanding the nature of this sign we get
important insights into the nature of the aspect associated with it.

If we use the sextile as an example by going counter clockwise 60 degrees from 0 Aries we arrive at 0
degrees of Gemini. If we go clockwise 60 degrees from 0 Aires we arrive at 0 degrees of Aquarius. Both
Gemini and Aquarius are intellectual air signs. From this we can deduce that the sextile aspect has an
intellectual flavor associated with it. Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and is exalted in Aquarius. From this
we can surmise that the sextile aspect has a mercurial flavor and is associated with mental awareness,
thought and communication.
Departing and approaching aspects

At this point we need to make some further distinctions as to whether the sextile we are looking at is a
departing sextile or an approaching sextile.
This distinction as to whether an aspect is approaching or departing applies to all aspects with the
exception of the conjunction and the opposition. To understand how this works it is necessary to know
what a sinodical cycle is. The sinodical cycle begins when two planets are lined up in the sky together or
conjunct. The faster moving of the two planets pulls away from the slower moving planet and forms a
series of aspects to the slower moving planet until it is 180 degrees from the slower planet and makes
the opposition aspect. From the opposition the faster moving planet moves back towards the slower
planet and makes the same series of aspects in reverse order until it is again conjunct the slower planet.
The most obvious example of a sinodical cycle involves the phases of the Moon. The beginning of the
cycle starts with the new moon when the Sun and the moon are conjunct with the Moon lost in the
glare of the Sun. The waxing phases of the moon correspond to the first half of the cycle. At the full
Moon the sun and Moon are in opposition. The waning phases of the moon happen during the second
half of the cycle. Another example is the sinodical cycle of Jupiter and Saturn with the conjunction
occurring every 20 years.

Aspects occurring when the faster planet is moving away from the conjunction towards the opposition
are called departing aspects. Aspects made while the faster planet is moving from the opposition back
to the conjunction to the slower planet are called approaching aspects. Departing aspects partake of the
characteristics of one of the first 6 signs of the zodiac. Approaching aspects are characterized by the
qualities of one of the last 6 signs of the zodiac. Departing aspects like the first 6 signs are more personal
and subjective having to due with the development of the individual. Approaching aspects like the last 6
signs are more interpersonal and objective dealing with collective social issues.

In the example of the sextile, the departing sextile has an adaptable mutable quality associated with
Gemini. Since Mercury is the only planet associated with Gemini the departing sextile has a more purely
mental quality. The approaching sextile has a more determined goal oriented nature associated with
Aquarius, which is a fixed sign. Since Aquarius is also ruled by Saturn and Uranus the approaching sextile
has a more serious nature associated with Saturn and can also bring sudden changes associated with
Uranus. There are subtle but significant differences between departing and approaching sextiles.
In the case of the square a departing square partakes of the nature of Cancer the 4th house and the
moon. The moon relates to issues of emotional conditioning and habit patterns. Thus the departing
square often relates to the need to overcome negative habit patterns and emotional conditioning that
no longer serves the individual. It can be an aspect of inherited karmic liabilities. By contrast the
approaching square partakes of the nature of Capricorn, the 10th house and Saturn. This emphasizes
challenges to achieving necessary practical career ambitions and status in the world. The emphasis is on
hard work and discipline. There can be problems with official organizations, employers, government,
and authority figures.

The departing trine partakes of the nature of Leo the 5th house and the sun. It confers creativity
dynamic self expression and the ability to enjoy the combined significance of the planets involved in the
departing trine. It can confer a sense of romance and a willingness to take risks or gamble. The
approaching trine partakes of the nature of Sagittarius, the 9th house and Jupiter. It brings an
awareness of larger cultural, educational, and spiritual issues to the combination of planets signs and
houses involved in the approaching trine.
The departing semisextile partakes of the nature of Taurus, the 2nd house and Venus. It deals with
money values and available resources associated with the combination of planets involved in a
departing semisextile. The approaching semisextile partakes of the nature of Pisces the 12th house and
Neptune. It brings a flavor of imagination, psychic awareness and subconscious influences to the mix.
The departing inconjunct or quincunx partakes of the nature of Virgo the 6th house and Mercury (I
would say also Chiron). There is a need to take care of details and pay attention to issues of work and
health with respect to the combination of planets involved in the departing quincunx. The approaching
quincunx partakes of the nature of Scorpio, the 8th house Mars and Pluto. There is a need to detach and
accept the death of old conditions and the birth of new ones in reference to the combination of planets
involved in an approaching quincunx.

Orbs

It is important also to consider the orb (allowable tolerance of exactness) of an aspect and if the aspect
is applying or separating. For example a trine is an aspect of 120 degrees. A perfect trine is exactly 120
degrees and zero minutes. In practice things are hardly ever this exact. For example if in a particular
horoscope Saturn is at 5 degrees and 30 minutes of Capricorn and Jupiter is at 3 degrees and 15 minutes
of Virgo then Saturn and Jupiter are trine, however to be exactly trine Saturn Jupiter would have to be at
5 degrees and 30 of Virgo. As it is, with Jupiter at 3 degrees and 15 minutes of Virgo the two planets are
2 degrees and 15 minutes from being exactly trine, hence this Jupiter-Saturn trine is said to have an orb
of 2 degrees and 15 minutes. In this example as Jupiter continues to move into Virgo at a faster rate
than Saturn moves into Capricorn the orb become progressively less as the aspect moves into exact
trine. This is called an applying aspect because as time goes on it becomes more exact. If Jupiter were at
8 degrees of Virgo then the two planets would still be trine with an orb of 2 and one half degrees but the
trine would become less exact as time goes on so the aspect is said to be separating. This is an
important distinction. Applying aspects that are moving into exact orb indicate evolving situations that
are moving towards a culmination of peak intensity in the future. In a birth chart applying aspects
represent a karmic condition which will reach fruition or culmination in the future as the person’s life
unfolds. A separating aspect in a birth chart indicates more the aftertaste and resultant residual effects
of a karmic situation or issue that reached culmination in a previous life. As a person’s life progresses
the influence of a separating natal aspect diminishes and becomes less important with time.

When working with transits or other predictive techniques applying aspects indicate developing
situations that will reach peak intensity in the future while separating aspects represent the residual
effects of situations that have already reached peak intensity and have already precipitated whatever
event or decisive issue is indicated by the aspect. Pay attention to retrograde motion of planets because
this can make an aspect that appears to be separating actually be applying and aspects that appear to
be applying actually be separating.

When evaluating a birth chart it is very important to pay attention to the orbs of natal aspects. The
closer the orb is to exact the more important the aspect is in influencing the life of the individual. A close
orb is a degree and ½ for major aspects and ½ degree for minor aspects. Minor aspects are allowed a
smaller orb than major aspects. Every major aspect except the conjunction contains minor aspect
harmonics. For instance a square contains two semi squares and 3 semisextiles, and a trine contains two
sextiles, 3 nonagons (a 40 degree aspect) and 4 semisextiles. When a major aspect is exact or has a close
orb these other harmonic aspects with smaller orbs kick in, making a much more powerful combination.
Allowable orbs depend on the type of aspect, the planets involved, and the sign and house positions of
these Planets. Major aspects, that is, the conjunction, the opposition, the trine, square and sextile are
given the biggest orbs of 6 to 8 degrees. If the Sun or Moon is involved orbs up to 8 degrees can be used
and even up to 10 degrees in the case of the conjunction or opposition. In the case of intermediate
minor aspects such as the semisextile, inconjunct, semi square, and sesquiquadrate maximum allowable
orbs of 3 to 4 degrees can be used. The quintile or 72 degree aspect or 1/5th of a circle can arguably be
considered to be a major aspect and could be allowed an orb of up to 6 degrees. Other more obscure
minor aspects such as the decile, biquintile, septile, nonagon, etc can be allowed orbs of 1 to 2 degrees
depending on the planets and placements involved.

When working with transits, progressions, solar ark directions and other predictive techniques,
especially in reference to timing events orbs must be kept much tighter, that is 1 to 2 degrees for major
aspects, 1 degree for intermediate aspects and ½ degree for minor aspects. Only with these tight orbs
do predictive techniques involving aspects have the necessary power and intensity to precipitate
significant changes and new life circumstances.

It is important to know that a minor aspect with a close orb could be more powerful in a person’s life
than a major aspect with a sloppy orb. Aspects with an orb of one degree or less are called partile. In any
birth horoscope major aspects with exact partile orbs especially hard angle aspects (conjunctions,
squares and oppositions) define the major dominant life issues for that person. A savvy astrologer looks
at these first, along with their predictive triggers with close orbs to determine the major issues that are
of concern to the client and will be likely to dominate a reading.

Whenever one planet involved in an exact aspect is activated by a transit, solar progression, solar ark
direction etc the other planet is simultaneously activated by some multiple of 30 degrees aspect. That
means that the person goes through life experiencing the energies of the two planets involved in an
exact aspect simultaneously. The significance of the planetary combination involved in the natal exact
aspect becomes a dominant life issue. Semi squares, sesquiquadrates, semisextiles and inconjuncts can
be significant in this regard if they are sufficiently exact, ½ degree orb or less.

Midpoints are also significant. A midpoint is it he half way position between two planets in a chart. For
example if Jupiter is at 10 degrees and 30 minutes of Pisces and Mercury is at 20 degrees and 10
minutes of Cancer then the Mercury Jupiter midpoint is 15 degrees and 20 minutes of Taurus. Midpoints
blend the energy of the planets forming the midpoint and link the significance of the sign and house
positions of the planets involved. When a natal planet is conjunct, square, or opposition a midpoint the
energies of the three or more planets involved in this midpoint configuration are linked and can be
interpreted in a way similar to reading an aspects. Midpoints are activated by transits and other
predictive methods especially by conjunction and opposition.

Midpoints are more significant if they are incorporated into a pattern of aspects and still much more so
if these aspects have close orbs. Examples of this could be two planets in close orb sextile both
semisextile a third planet at their midpoint or two planets in trine both sextile a third planet. Look for
midpoint symmetries involving natal aspects with close orbs. Look for when these midpoints are
aspected by transits, progressions, solar arks, and other predictive techniques for timing significant
events and life changes.

This gets into the topic of symmetry of aspects or multiple aspect configurations. Each such
configuration has its own special characteristics to add to the mix. A T square for instance is created
when two planets in opposition (180 degrees apart) are both square a third planet. The planet that is
square to the other two is said to be in point focus. T squares are high tension configurations that tend
to precipitate crisis situations in the lives of those whose horoscopes have them. This happens whenever
important transits, progressions, solar arks etc activate the birth chart T square configuration. The
planet that is square the two planets in opposition becomes the focus and outlet for the tension of the
configuration. For this reason T square people can be focused and highly motivated, thus achieving a
high degree of prominence in a chosen area of endeavor. Because such individuals are driven they can
also be high strung.

By contrast the grand square is completely different. The grand square occurs when two separate
oppositions (180 degree aspects are square that is 90 degrees to each other. This forms a complete
cross. In the grand square any of the 4 points of the cross could be considered a point focus hence any
attempt to resolve the problems associated with one of the planets tends to aggravate the problems
associated wit one or more of the other three. The energy is diffused by having to run from one difficult
situation to another.

A well known aspect configuration is the Yod or Y configuration that is sometimes called the finger of
fate or finger of destiny. This is composed of two planets in sextile both inconjunct (150 degrees) to a
third planet. When this is strongly activated dramatic events and conditions often conspire to funnel a
person into a significant life changing new direction. Such activation especially occurs when a transiting,
progressed or solar ark planet is conjunct or opposition to the planet that is quincunx, inconjunct, or 150
degrees to the two planets in sextile.

The grand trine occurs when two planets that are trine both trine a third planet. It forms an equilateral
triangle in the heavens as seen from Earth. The grand trine has characteristics that are distinct from the
nature of a simple trine. Some traditional astrologers even considered the grand trine malefic. Perhaps
this is because it can be too much of a good thing in that it encourages excessiveness and over
expansion. There is the temptation to take too much for granted and not take life seriously. In some
ways the energy of a grand trine may be too stable and therefore locked into the same self perpetuating
pattern. All this does not mean that the grand trine does not also confer many blessings and creative
talents. If other factors in the chart show a sense of purpose and a capacity for discipline such as
indicated by a strong Saturn, then a grand trine individual can go far indeed.

Predictive considerations

It is a cardinal rule in astrology that no predictive influence can manifest in a major way if the potential
for it is not present in the birth chart. Aspects made by transits, progressions, solar arks, and other
predictive techniques are far more powerful and more likely to bring about life changing events if they
reinforce a natal aspect involving the same combination of planets. That is because the karmic potential
for that kind of circumstance to manifest is already present in the birth chart that only needs to be
activated by a transit, progression, solar ark etcetera involving the same combination of planets. For
example if in a birth chart Mars is in opposition to Saturn indicating a karmic potential for trouble with
authority figures, then when transiting Mars is square to natal Mars and Saturn we could expect
something like a bad run in with the boss, getting fired from a job etc. If the natal mars-Saturn
opposition were not present in the birth chart, a transit of Mars square natal Saturn could mean an
unpleasant day perhaps but not a major problem like loosing ones job.

Retrogrades

All the planets have periods of retrograde motion where as seen from Earth they appear to be moving
backwards in the zodiac. The only exceptions are the Sun and Moon which aren’t planets. When planets
go from direct motion to retrograde motion or from retrograde motion to direct motion there is a time
as seen from Earth they do not move at all. When this happens it is said that the planet is stationary or
having a station. For instance when stationary Mercury is about to go retrograde or direct and is making
a significant transit to the natal chart, this is often a time when a significant decision is made. For
example if transiting Mercury is conjunct to Saturn while stationary this can be a time of serious
decisions regarding career where a change of direction or business and career focus is decided upon.
Such a stationary Mercury transit can last up to 2 weeks using a 2 and ½ degree orb. The usual Mercury
transit lasts a day or less. The effects of retrograde periods of Mercury, Venus, and Mars are more
obvious because the retrograde period is longer in proportion to the orbital cycle of the retrograde
planet and because the amount or span of retrograde motion is much greater.

Retrograde periods of the outer planets relate to more impersonal matters affecting society and the
world in general. They are important in timing transits in that transits of outer planets generally make 2
or 3 contacts. Three contacts happen when the transiting planet moves forward makes the aspect to a
natal planet. This is the first contact. The transiting planet then separates from the aspect as it moves
out of orb. The transiting planet then turns retrograde and backs up into the aspect reestablishing a
valid orb of aspect. This is the second contact. As the transiting planet continues its retrograde motion it
again moves out of orb. The transiting planet then becomes stationary and turns direct. As the transiting
planet moves forward it again forms the aspect for the 3rd time until it moves out of orb. In some cases
the transiting planet makes the aspect to the birth chart planet when stationary turning retrograde or
turning direct. This contact lasts longer because the Transiting planet is stationary when the aspect is in
orb. The second contact happens after the transiting planet has gone direct if the first contact happens
when the stationary transiting planet is turning retrograde. If the stationary transit occurs when the
transiting planet is turning direct then that is the second contact and the first contact happened when
the transiting planet was in forward motion before turning retrograde.
A retrograde cycle has 2 parts. The first part starts when a planet as seen from earth is stationary
turning retrograde and ends when the planet is stationary turning direct. Part 2 begins with the planet
turning direct and ends when the planet reaches the same position and degree that it originally turned
retrograde at. In the Mercury retrograde cycle for instance, in part one communication and planning
break down. Typical examples: baggage gets lost at airports, the computer mal functions, letters get lost
in the mail, and appointments get canceled. Imperfections and malfunctioning details come out of the
woodwork. Phase one is the damage control phase.
Part 2 or phase 2 is the recapitulation phase where mistakes are corrected and a deeper understanding
of underlying issues is gained. By the end of phase 2 things associated with the retrograde planet are
back on track and more rapid forward progress is possible. At the end of the Mercury retrograde cycle
for instance a more comprehensive understanding of whatever went wrong is gained and more
intelligent choices can be made.

Mars retrograde cycles happen every 2 years. Normally Mars takes about 45 days to transit a sign.
During a retrograde cycle Mars can spend 6 months in one sign. During retrograde cycles Mars is also
closer to Earth. This intensifies the Mars energy, analogous to feeling more heat as you get closer to a

In this document i will cover the major outer planet aspects and transits through the Signs through the
next 11 to 12 years from Pluto through Saturn, as well as other significant factors. I will also cover
Jupiter in Virgo and the next retrograde Mars and Mercury retrograde periods towards the end of this
paper.

Transiting Pluto remains in Capricorn until March 24, 2023 when Pluto enters Aquarius. Pluto turns
retrograde on May 2, 2023 at 0 degrees and 21 minutes of Aquarius. Pluto retrogrades back into
Capricorn on June 12, 2023. Pluto turns direct on October 10, 2023, at 27 degrees and 53 minutes of
Capricorn. Pluto reenters Aquarius on January 22, 2024. Pluto in Capricorn is similar to the Saturn-Pluto
combination, because Saturn rules Capricorn. In political and economic astrology, (what is called
mundane astrology) Saturn and Capricorn relate to the established power structure, and ruling elite.

The good side of the Saturn-Pluto combination can be skill in mathematics, science and engineering,
especially industrial infrastructure and recycling technology. There can be profound understanding of
deep subjects such as genetics, physics and quantum mechanics.g

The negative side of Saturn-Pluto is about as bad as it gets as it signifies Planned, organized, and
purposeful criminality, tyranny, and evil at the highest level. The Saturn-Pluto combination is associated
with the worst abuse of power and corruption. This influence will reach its peak 1n 2020 when Saturn is

other dark practices that take place at secret conclaves of the elitist cabal such as Bohemian Grove and
on ritual calendar dates such as the solstices, equinoxes and cross quarters such as May day and
Halloween. Conjunctions, squares, and oppositions of Saturn and Pluto generally coincide with very
negative and disruptive occurrences such as the beginning of WW2 and 911.

Transiting Neptune remains in Pisces until March31, 2025, when Neptune enters Ares. Neptune turns
retrograde on March 4, 2025 at 2 degrees and 10 minutes of Aires. Neptune retrogrades back into Pisces
on October 23. 2025. Neptune turns direct on December 10, 2025. Neptune reenters Ares on January
27, 2026.

Because Neptune is the ruler of Pisces the influence of Neptune is particularly powerful when Neptune
is in his own sign. This is having a general effect of making everyone more psychically sensitive. On the
positive side Neptune in Pisces encourages intuitively inspired art, creativity, and spiritual awareness.
Neptune rules the sub conscious mind both individually and collectively.
Neptune, Pisces, and the 12th house all have a similar flavor, in that they are about the subconscious,
and unconscious mind both collectively and individually.
Everybody is telepathic at the subconscious level. Every person on the planet, regardless of their status
is tuned into a deep collective mind field that is holographic, and has profound awareness of the past
present and future. The problem is that the conscious mind does not have access this deep level of

the negative side of Neptune is escapism, addiction, and being out of touch with reality. addiction takes
many forms not only alcohol, and drugs. Addiction is anything people do to avoid confronting
uncomfortable aspects of reality. there are many forms of aholisms including workaholsm, spectator
sports , television, entertainment, cell phone addiction, Junk food addiction, sex addiction, gambling
addiction, unrealistic beliefs, and so on.

People under the influence of Neptune can be the recipients of psychic impressions or channeling’s from
unreliable or deceptive sources. Neptune is often associated with various manifestations of mental
illness. This is usually connected to entity possession and subconscious programming of which the
person is not consciously aware. Mental illness is usually associated with traumatic experiences in the
persons past, including other lifetimes and or genetically connected to the experiences of their parents
or ancestors. Most people are heavily programmed by their family upbringing (especially early
childhood), ethnic, national, religious, educational, and cultural background, such that they
automatically take many attitudes and beliefs for granted, or as being the truth. This is almost always, at

zone and which does not fit with their pre conditioned expectations and beliefs. Such psychological
distortions affect not just individuals but entire nations, civilizations, races, religions, and cultures as
well. Just as individuals can be psychologically out of balance and out of touch with reality even to the
point of being psychotic; the same applies to the collective levels of society.

This is often covertly encouraged by those who control the positions of power in the important
economic, political, religious, educational, and cultural institutions that run nations, cultures, and
civilizations. Those who occupy such positions of power are themselves often extremely psychologically
distorted and off balance even to the extent of psychosis. Even though such individuals occupying high
positions of power usually come from families of wealth, status, and education, Such families often
covertly perpetrate the worst forms of child abuse on their own children. In this way a deeply distorted
attitude towards life is passed from generation to generation within many families of wealth power and
status. Cronyism, mutual blackmail, and severe consequences for anyone who breaks their oaths of
secrecy has kept these abuses hidden. Now that is changing as modern electronic communications and a
better educated and more psychically aware populace is connecting the dots and seeing through the
lies.

September 10, 2026 at 5 degrees and 41 minutes of Gemini. Uranus turns direct at 1 degree and 40
minutes of Gemini on February 8, 2027. Uranus turns retrograde on September 15, 2027 at 9 degrees

Uranus in Taurus will b a time of massive worldwide change in financial systems. After the collapse of
the current global banking system, there will be many new experiments in how financial systems are
run. What form these economic experiments take will depend on what major world events transpire
between now and 2018. If by 2018 there has been large scale breakdown of global communication,
transportation, and industrial infrastructure new forms of economic exchange could be a return to local
and regional barter systems. There will be a return to currencies backed by gold, silver or other tangible
assets. Such economic experimentations could include such things as employee ownership of
businesses, and corporations. The workers would own shares in the company they work for and
therefore be more motivated to excel in their work. There will be revolt against the private Federal
Reserve and other central bank ownership that charge interest on the creation of fiat currency out of
nothing. There will be reforms in stock market trading that discourage speculation and encourage real
investment in industries that create products and services that people really want and use. Congress
must have the exclusive right to issue currency.

Government deficit spending should be made illegal. Fractional reserve lending by banks should be
eliminated. Unoccupied real-estate properties bailed out by government funds at tax payers’ expense
should be used to house the homeless. Currency creation authorized by congress could be introduced
into the economy by funding provided to small and medium sized business to hire new employees thus
increasing the productive labor force to jump start the economy. The companies hiring new employees
under such a program would hire the new workers in the same way they hire anyone else. They would
be required to create a specified number of new jobs but would not be told who to hire. Those people
hired under such a program would be free to resign and their employers would be free to fire them on
the same basis as any normal job situation, as long as they hire someone else to fill the required number
of new job positions specified under the program. Such a program would not be inflationary because
actual gainful employment would be created that produces actual valuable products and services. Once
unemployment has been reduced to a level characteristic of a healthy economy the program could be
reduced or discontinued. A healthy real free market economy will self regulate and function normally
when the workforce is fully employed and liquidity is thus returned to the middle class.

Quantitative easing, or the wanton creation of trillions of dollars of fiat currency without tangible assets
to back it up by central banks all over the world is enriching the elitists and fueling out of touch with
reality stock market speculation while impoverishing the middle class which produces the products that
people actually use. This results in a shrinking economy, where the money loses its real purchasing
power in terms of what it can buy of real tangible value. Since the institution of the Federal Reserve in
1913 the Dollar has lost all but 4% of its purchasing power. Thus the current system is parasitical and
flawed at its very core. It is the ultimate ponzey scheme. As i have mentioned before, in its entire history
of 102 years the Federal Reserve System has never been independently audited by any private or
government agency. The Fed operates in total secrecy and is accountable to no one except the global
banksters that run it and other central banks around the world. We have been living under economic
tyranny for over 100 years.

There can be no real democracy where there is no transparency. Between secrecy in the financial
system and secrecy passed off as necessary for national security the American people have lost control
of their government. Those decisions that most determine our future survival as a nation, a culture, a
species, and a biosphere are made in secrecy by a corrupt, inbred, psychologically twisted, pathological,
sociopathic elite in secrecy and without our consent. How can this possibly be constitutional
government. We have strayed so far from what the founding fathers originally intended that we have
almost lost our identity as a culture. To survive as a people and a nation, we must first acknowledge and
admit that that the body politic has cancer, which if allowed to run its course will bring about our
demise probably sooner than later. The situation is basically the same throughout the rest of the world.
To what extent the dysfunction and breakdown of our civilization has to proceed before the necessary
fundamental changes are made remains to be seen. Fukushima alone should be a wakeup call to any
thinking person. When the Pacific Ocean is dying, we should know that the survival of all life on the
planet is at stake.

Taurus is a fixed earth sign and deals with things of a tangible physical nature. This includes industrial
infrastructure, and the physical environment in general. Taurus is closely associated with nature, the
natural environment, natural resources, farming, and food production. With Uranus (sudden release of
energy) in Taurus (the physical environment) there will be drastic changes affecting the natural
environment, and the physical infrastructure of civilization. This could be in the form of earth changes
which could take the form of massive earth quakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, large meteor strikes,
major coronal mass ejections on the Sun, reversal of the earth’s magnetic field, and in an extreme case
scenario the actual slippage of the Earths thin solid crust over the liquid core. How severe these
changes turn out to be remains to be seen. Over the past few years there has already been an ever
increasing statistical uptick in the frequency and severity of earth quakes, volcanic activity, meteors, sink
holes, aberrant weather, strange cloud formations, UFO sightings, booming trumpet and scraping metal
like sounds, and other strange phenomena all over the planet .Unprecedented floods and droughts are
taking place all over the world. Wild fires are out of control. Radiation and environmental pollution are
out of control.

Birth control pills, pharmaceuticals, and plastic residues that mimic female hormones, that have gotten
into the water supplies are causing little girls to go through puberty at age 8 or even younger and boys
to be effeminate. Radioactivity from the nuclear industry, Chemtrails( loaded with toxic chemicals
biological agents, and nanobots), GMO’s, toxic vaccines and electronic pollution from Wi-Fi is
destroying the health of the people. and the viability of the biosphere. These assaults are part of a
deliberate covert agenda to eliminate up to 90% of the human population of Earth. This evil program is
carried out by the elitist cabal but originate with oppressive ET beings, To which the elites are
themselves subservient. Even the highest members of the elitist cabal who do not obey orders from
these ET overloads are quickly done away with. These ET oppressors conquered, enslaved, and locked
down Earth a long time ago. Now their control is being challenged and Earth and her inhabitants are at a
critical Juncture. This is a lengthy topic which i will not attempt to go into here. For those who haven’t
already dismissed me as a nut case for entertaining such ideas and who wish to learn more about this, I
recommend the books of Barbara Marciniak and her CD recordings of channeled teachings from a group
of Pleiadian ET beings. Keep an open mind and see if this information makes sense to you and explains
things that can’t be adequately explained in any other way.

There is ample archeological, geological and historical evidence to validate the basic premises of these
teachings. Much of this evidence (such a giant human skeletons, with some as tall as 35 feet that have
been fund all over the world) has been gathered up and suppressed by official institutions such as the
Smithsonian, the Vatican, and the most prestigious universities. Except for a small inner circle we have
been deliberately taught a false history, The full content of the Vatican library contains historic
documents and ancient artifacts and manuscripts that have never been publically revealed even for
purposes of scholarly research. People pay big money to send their children to universities to get
degrees in disinformation.

The years encompassing 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 is a very significant turning point during which
Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto all change signs. Pluto first enters Aquarius on March 24, 2023, and
re enters Aquarius on January 22, 2024 ,after having retrograded back into the final degrees of
Capricorn.

Neptune first enters Ares on March 31, 2025. and reenters Ares on January 27, 3026.

Uranus first enters Gemini on July 8, 2025 and re enters Gemini on April 27, 2026, after having
retrograded back into the final degrees of Taurus.
Saturn first enters Ares on May 26, 2025, and re enters Ares on February 15, 2026, after having
retrograded back into Pisces.

All 4 outer planets form a chain of aspects with close orbs in at various times in 2026. This configuration
is contained within a trine between Pluto at the beginning of Aquarius and Uranus at the beginning of
Gemini. Saturn conjunct Neptune at the beginning of Ares is sextile both Uranus and Pluto and conjunct
their midpoint. On any specific date in 2026 one or 2 of these planets may be in the very last 1 or 2
degrees of the previous sign but the basic configuration is still there. Whenever Jupiter, Mars, Venus,
Mercury, the Sun or the moon enter a new sign this configuration of the outer planets is strengthened
and triggered. For instance on April 10, 2026 mars enters Ares and conjuncts Neptune and Saturn
while Sextile Uranus and Pluto.

Transiting Saturn reenters Sagittarius on September 19, 2015. Saturn turns retrograde on March 25,
2016 at 16 degrees of Sagittarius. Saturn turns direct on August 13, 2016 at 9 degrees and 47 minutes of
Sagittarius. Saturn turns retrograde at 27 degrees of Sagittarius on April 6, 2017, while conjunct the
Galactic Center. Saturn turns direct at 21 degrees of Sagittarius on August 25, 2017. Saturn leaves
Sagittarius and enters his own sign of Capricorn on December 21, 2017.

While Saturn is in Sagittarius the established Power structure will attempt to control the masses through
dogmatic religious belief systems, and by using divide and conquer tactics of pitting dogmatic fanatic
adherents of various religions against each other. We see this already occurring with Isis which has been
covertly funded by the mega corporate controlled US government using the CIA and other secretive
organizations. As usual the elitists are funding both sides of a conflict to divide and conquer. Meanwhile
the Isis hoards are destroying archaeological and historical monuments and murdering Christians all
over the middle east. The current invasion of Europe by millions of Isis infiltrated Islamic refugees from
Syria and other middle eastern countries is being used by the globalists to destabilize Europe. The same
is being perpetrated in the US by the invasion from the south by illegal immigrants from Mexico other
Latin American countries and other parts of the world. Mexican, The globalists are using these invasions
to dilute, weaken, and destroy strong European and American national identities that could challenge
their intended world takeover. It is important to remember that Saddam Husain was originally put in
power by the CIA.

The elites are and have for some time been instigating centralized control of education (both lower and
higher) through corporate and federal government funded programs. They are attacking parental rights
and home schooling in order to have ever more exclusive control over the education of children and
young people. Control and funding of public education is increasingly being taken away from the states
and local school districts. We will see a lot more of this with Saturn in Sagittarius.

A false version of history is being taught in the universities. Teachers and professors who go against this
and reveal the truth the lose their jobs. If a professor, researcher, scientist or investigative reporter
causes sufficient embarrassment or trouble to the establishment they are often done away with. A
favorite tactic is murder made to look like suicide. The masses are indoctrinated through the mega
corporate and government controlled main stream media. Many top level scientists, especially micro
biologists, physicists, and astronomers have gone missing or have been suicided because they knew too
much or because they were about to go public about what they knew. Not too long ago there was a
series of bankers who jumped out of windows to their death, or were they actually thrown out because
they knew too much? Was this meant to be a warning to those who were considering publically
revealing insider information.

Saturn in Sagittarius will cause restrictions in travel. this could be for a variety of reasons. Such reasons
could include Natural disasters that could severely damage travel related infrastructures. The global
elitist cabal will do whatever they can get away with to put restrictions on travel. They don’t want the
people to know what really goes on in other parts of the world and forming alliances that are outside of
their control. Collapse of monetary systems could make travel unaffordable for the vast majority of
people all over the world. Obnoxious surveillances, and invasive searches at airports, train stations, bus
stations, and highway check points, would make travel less attractive. Travel that does take place would
more related to business and career. Censorship and interference in the free flow of information by
governments and their agents will be a problem for travel to other parts of the world.

Saturn makes some very significant aspects to other planets while in Sagittarius. The most important of
these is Saturn square Neptune in Pisces. the first exact Saturn-Neptune square is on November 26,
2015 at 7 degrees of Sagittarius and Pisces. Another exact Saturn- Neptune square takes place on June
17, 2016, at 12 Degrees of Sagittarius and Pisces, and a third time on September 10, 2016 at 10 degrees
of Sagittarius and Pisces. Saturn in Sagittarius Is closely ( within 2 degree orb or less) square Neptune in
Pisces Between early November and mid December of 2015, and between May 22 and October 3, 2016.
It will have a pervasive influence over the next year from the end of October 2015 to the end of October
2016.

Saturn in Sagittarius is in the sign immediately preceding Capricorn the sign which Saturn rules and
therefore has a 12th house Pisces type relationship to Capricorn. As such Saturn in Sagittarius
represents the karma, unresolved issues, self undoing, corrupted legal systems and subconscious mind
set of the established power structure associated in astrology with Saturn and Capricorn. Saturn in
Sagittarius will put religious, cultural, and political belief systems to the practical test. Social, religious,
and political beliefs, religious dogmas, and political ideologies which do not measure up will fall by the
wayside. Anyone who wishes to survive the immediate historical future will have to distinguish fact from
fantasy and know when they are being lied to by the established power structure and it’s
controlled media and educational system. Those who have squandered their precious time and
resources on meaningless TV entertainment and spectator sports are very unlikely to survive what is
coming over the next 2 to 3 years. It will be a rude awakening to say the very least. These distractions
from facing reality are the modern equivalent of the old Roman empire bread and circuses.

Saturn is associated with practical reality, especially on the Physical level, or the way things actually are.
Neptune especially in his own sign of Pisces expresses imagination and inspired creativity and psychic
sensitivity and spiritual awareness on the positive side. The negative expression of Neptune manifests as
psychological confusion, escapism, addiction, and negative self defeating subconscious programming
that operates without conscious awareness. The negative expression of Saturn is fear, materialism, and
selfishness. The negative expression of Saturn square Neptune is therefore subconscious fear that keeps
people locked into limiting belief systems, negative attitudes, and unwillingness to change. Under this
influence peoples most cherished individual and collective illusions will be stripped away. People who
are psychologically, spiritually and on a practical level unprepared to deal with hard core survival issues
will psychologically implode and go insane. There will be an epidemic of cultural psychosis. Such cultural
psychosis often takes the form of religious fanaticism. Such individual and collective psychological
aberrations will be exploited to the maximum extent that they are allowed to get away with by the
negative forces that seek to continue to keep Earth and her people locked down enslaved and
quarantined as they have for many tens of thousands of years. The Saturn-Neptune square will be a
major test for every individual on the planet and humanity en mass to distinguish reality from illusion,
fact from propaganda, and appearance from what really lies underneath the surface.

Saturn square Neptune will push peoples subconscious psychological fear buttons to the max. It is
essential to understand that that every person on the planet is connected to and telepathically
communicates with the entire human race at the deepest collective subconscious level. People who are
considered to have above the usual or advanced psychic abilities are simply more consciously aware of
and in touch with this deep level of personal and collective subconscious. The fact that humanity has
reached an epochal cross road of destiny is apparent at least to some extent to every even slightly

positive forces of love, wisdom, and power that exist in the cosmos. By taking responsibility individually
and collectively for solving our problems we empower ourselves to invoke the far greater powers of
benevolence and positive spiritual evolution. This includes the beings throughout the cosmos who
support the evolution of consciousness through evolving life form at every level of creation. Each
person who does this empowers and encourages others to do likewise. We are not alone. Saturn square
Neptune at this most crucial, pivotal time in history is the supreme challenge to face and overcome our
deepest fears. Willingness to face our fears at this time is essential to our survival. As some of my most
important spiritual teachers have pointed out ” Our power ends where our fear begins.”

Saturn square Neptune suggests that something will become widely known starting in the late fall that
will cause foreboding and panic all over the world. Could this be the return of planet X or Nibaru? with
so much sophisticated and well funded government disinformation intended to muddy the waters and
cause confusion it is hard to tell when planet X will actually arrive and how close it and its moons and
trail of debris will get to earth. With or without planet X global economic depression, unemployment,
war, and environmental degradation will cause worry, fear and a feeling of hopelessness for vast

When considering the significance of Saturn in Sagittarius and especially Saturn in Sagittarius square
Neptune in Pisces it is most important to understand the distinction between religion and spirituality.
Superficially they may seem similar or even the same but in actuality they are poles apart. Spirituality
comes from innate inner awareness. It arises from consciousness within the individual being aware of
itself witnessing thought, emotions, and interaction with the surrounding world of people places and
things.

Religion is a social, cultural, and political institution designed to inculcate commonly held belief systems,
social norms and rules of conduct. Religions are usually based on the teachings of an individual who is
inspired by higher states of consciousness and expanded awareness based on his or her direct
multidimensional experiences. Spirituality comes from within. Religion is imposed from without.
Religions usually start out as a pure teaching, but they soon get institutionalized, corrupted, and used
for the purpose of political and economic control and domination of the population. There has been
more murder, mayhem, and enslavement throughout history in the name of religion than in any other
way.

Overt military force can go only so far in controlling the population. Control of social belief systems and
cultural norms is required to successfully dominate the masses. This is usually done through corrupted
religious belief systems. Religion can be no better than the level of consciousness of those who espouse
it. The founding fathers of the constitutional American political system understood this and so they
established the principal of separation of church and state as embodied in the constitution and bill of
rights. As imperfect, flawed, as it was and corrupted as it has become the introduction of this concept
was and still is a major cultural advancement in human history.

Transiting Saturn in Sagittarius is trine Uranus in Ares between December 9 2016 and January 22, 2017,
in November of 2017, and between July 18 and October 7, 2018 with Saturn in Capricorn and Uranus in
Taurus. Movements to restore justice and implement reforms in economic-political systems can gain
traction. Such a movement towards reform could be assisted by people on the inside of legal, economic
and government systems becoming whistle blowers or taking other actions against corruption. this
influence can also aid the implementation of new cleaner, more efficient and life friendly technologies.

Transiting Saturn enters Capricorn on December 21, 2017 exactly conjunct the winter solstice. One way
or another this will be a hard core reality lesson. It guarantees that 2018 will be a very significant year in
terms of economics, organization of society, politics, and practical survival. Mercury turns direct at 13
degrees of Sagittarius on December 23 only 2 days after the winter solstice and Saturn ingress into
Capricorn. Venus enters Capricorn on December 26, 2017 while conjunct Saturn. Maters of practical
survival concern will dominate the day, creating a more serious general public attitude. The way this
heavy dose of reality manifests will depend largely on what happens between now and then as to how

Saturn in Capricorn is sextile Neptune in Pisces between January 8 and March 6, 2019. This suggests a
more practical and honest intuitive awareness of the real reasons why society and human civilization is
so dysfunctional and what the real source of the problem is. Such an awareness in the collective psyche
is the necessary precondition to unity of purpose and will to take action. By that time it will be
impossible to be in denial about basic realities that many people still try to ignore today.

Saturn is Conjunct Pluto in Capricorn at 22 degrees and 45 minutes of Capricorn on January 12, 2020. It
will be in effect Between December 20, 2019 and February 5, 2020. There is only one exact Saturn-Pluto
conjunction in Capricorn due to the relative forward and retrograde motions of Saturn and Pluto. It will
no longer be possible to ignore the consequences of radioactive pollution from Fukushima and other
sources. This is the most important outer Planet aspect Saturn will make while in Capricorn.

This Saturn-Pluto conjunction could bring about the demise of important economic, corporate, and
political power structures and the downfall and disgrace of those who occupy positions of power in
those institutions. Debt burdened major corporations, governments, banks, and other economic
institutions could come to a grinding halt signifying the death of the old established political-economic
power structure. These power structures could become even more oppressive and tyrannical as they
desperately try to remain in control.

If vast destruction of the industrial infrastructure of modern civilization has already occurred due to war
and or natural catastrophes, it could literally mean having to reinvent civilization for those who survive.
If current industrial, economic, and political infrastructures remain relatively intact then the human geo-
political drama of freedom versus tyranny will have more time to play out. One way or another much of
the burden of having to reinvent the industrial, economic, and political organization of human society
will fall on the shoulders of the generation that was born between November13, 1988 and February 8,
1991, the last time Saturn transited Capricorn. This generation will then be coming into full maturity.

Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn is arguably the most important outer planet aspect subsequent to the
recent square of Uranus in Ares to Pluto in Capricorn, with the exception of Saturn in Sagittarius square
Neptune in Pisces.

The Uranus-Pluto square is still very powerful especially over the winter of 2016 when it comes the
closest to being an exact square since the final of 7 exact squares on march 17,2015. It is especially
effective when triggered by transits of faster moving planets, such as by Mercury turning direct on
January 25, 2016 at 15 degrees of Capricorn almost exactly conjunct Pluto and square Uranus.

organization of society. These will intensify and become more confrontational with the old established

population ill, confused, docile and easily controlled and manipulated. The addition of fluorine to water

concentration camps. The American people are being mass medicated through their water supplies and

glaringly obvious the interest in and demand for natural, clean water, food, and medicine will increase
