Question# 1

Being parent, I always have wish that my children should make me proud in any field. I feel that
there is a shortage of core subjects teachers. My girl wanted to have standardized learning
accordingly, but i was not possible due to the shortage of faculty. Since the degree was new and
it was somehow difficult for some teachers to understand the content and its technicalities

I have a comprehensive influence on my children decisions.

Question# 3

Ans: We usually have sittings on various matters to discuss the matters. Nevertheless, I motivate

them if the issue is contradictory or children have no motivation. But again i leave them on their

decisions at the end.

Question# 4

Ans: We usually have some outdoor sittings in reward. Besides this, I persuade them to have

some job rewards while applying in the particular fields.

Question# 5

Ans: For sure, it happens and that motivates other children to dropout as well.
