AS YOU ALL KNOW, TODAY I’M GOING TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT “HOW TO
KEEP FIT? ”
MY PRESENTATION IS DIVIDED INTO 3 PARTS
FIRSTLY, I WILL TALK ABOUT “ WHY TO KEEP FIT? ”
NEXT, “ HOW TO KEEP FIT? “
AND FINALLY, “RESULTS OF KEEPING FIT ”

I’LL START WITH PART 1 “WHY TO KEEP FIT? “


If you know how to keep fit, you will do all things easily when you want to do it. Not
only I’m but also wants to have a good health in life (câu nầy không rõ nghĩa). If you
have not good health, you will not have anything you want. Everyone tells me that I am
in great shape. But do you know how to keep fit?

WELL, I’VE TOLD YOU ABOUT “ WHY TO KEEP FIT? “


NOW, WE’LL MOVE ON TO PART 2 “ HOW TO KEEP FIT? “ THIS IS THE MOST
IMPORTANT PART OF THE TOPIC.
As you all know, health is very important to our life. Many people said that " Having a
good health is having everything". And the truth is that, if you haven't got good health,
you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So it's necessary to keep
your body fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of ways for you keep your body fit. But in my opinion,
you can notice some following points:
- FIRSTLY, Get more sleep!
Sleep is huge. If you are sleep-deprived, try changing your habits so you get a full eight
hours every night. Your body repairs itself when you sleep, and not getting enough sleep
can really affects that in a bad way, therefore affecting your mood, concentration,
metabolism and generally bringing you down the next day. Best of all, a good night of
restful sleep won’t cost you a thing.
- SECONDLY, Strive for a better diet.
Look at your diet and what you’re eating now and make changes where you see fit. You
should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment and get rid of any junk food. Always
have breakfast (Nutritionistss have proved that breakfast is the most important meal per
day). You should have meals in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am,
and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat,...and should eat a lot of fruit
and vegetable, salad, fish.
- THIRDLY, Stop all those bad habits.
Take a look at your current lifestyle and make a small list of everything you do that is not
good for your health. This could be anything, from eating too much junk food or drinking
too much caffeine, to smoking, drinking alcohols... Some will be easy, while others may
take months or maybe years to get rid of and eradicate completely from your life, but the
sooner you start fighting, the better it is. You should breathe fresh air, staying away from
polluted areas. You shouldn't work too hard, but reduce the pressure, prevent yourself
from stress. You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room clean, tidy.
You should see the doctor regularly for periodic examination.
- FOURTHLY, Exercise, exercise, exercise.
You should do morning exercises or play sport such as riding bicycle in fresh air. This
too is not expensive, and you can get a great work out without joining any costly gyms.
Most of these exercises are inexpensive, and just doing a cardiovascular exercise, like
walking, jogging, or walking on a treadmill a few times a week will do your body (and
heart) good.
- LASTLY, Drink lots and lots of water.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after any exercise (water is best
but flavored sports drinks can be used if they do not contain a lot of sugar). This will help
replace what you lose when you sweat. Don't smoke and drink strong wine. It’s really
important to keep hydrated if you live in a hot climate (like the South) or do a lot of
physical work and exercise. Water will also help to curb your appetite throughout the day.

AND NOW THAT, I TURN TO PART 3. THIS IS FINALLY PART. “RESULTS OF
KEEPING FIT “

You’ll be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on
your lips. If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always
happy. Motivate yourself by wanting to continue on this path of fitness and health. You
want to feel good, you want to look good, you want to be healthy... and you absolutely
can!
Not only you but also i have a good working day and have much energy. So I always
ought to have good health and a good spirit. We hope everybody always work out to keep
them healthy.
