Goal #2: Problem Solving
Like thinking problem solving is also
very important. I want to make sure
that I am getting students to reach
there full potential. Problem-solving
is a technique that is supported
heavily in our district. We want our
students to push themselves and
complete there work in different
manners. I believe it will allow me to
challenge students in a different
manner in order to get them to show
understanding of content that is being
covered.
I hope to complete this goal before
the second quarter of the 2019-2020
school year.
A few texts that have been covering
in the course have covered problem-
solving strategies. I will also meet
with different teachers at our school
to figure out different techniques.
Goal #3: Questioning
All three areas of improvement for
meal deal with TAP. This system
allows us as teachers to reflect on
where we are as a teacher as well as
allows us to analyze how to improve
in order to get where we want. This is
why I choose these three areas so that
I can improve as a teacher and see
where exactly I fall in all three of
these categories. As a new teacher, I
feel like all three of these areas are
key to student learning and I want to
make sure that I am challenging
students to reach there full potential
and be successful.
Like problem solving I want to be
able to complete this goal before the

classroom in order to provide the best
support for my students to succeed.
