Over the last 30 years of my life, I have met many people and experienced various types of
engineering and design projects, domestic and international, including roads, highways, airports,
external works for large-scale housing units, underground crude oil storage, power plants and subway
construction, etc.

I give thanks to God for all of my life achievements, and sincerely appreciate the efforts of all
members of United Partners Engineering Co. Ltd (UPEC), organized in collaboration with specialized
experts and partners.

UPEC’s state-of-the-art technologies have enabled us to confidently carry out any kind of project in
the world, fully satisfying each of our client’s needs and requirements. And we will continuously make

Organizational Structure

United Partners Engineering Co. Ltd. (UPEC) was established in Seoul, KOREA in 1999 as an
engineering consulting firm with qualified expert engineering staff trained at major and
systemized engineering firms, institutes, and government operated corporations. Since that
time, it has gradually developed into a leading engineering consulting organization fluent in a
wide range of engineering services including preliminary investigation, feasibility study,
planning, engineering design, construction supervision and construction management in the
field of general civil and infrastructure development.

UPEC has accumulated experience and expertise in a very short period of time through
execution of both domestic and international projects that include highways, bridges, airports,
urban development, water supply, river basin improvement and agricultural irrigation projects
including Soyo International Airport development project and external work design projects for
industrial and residential compound development in Angola.

UPEC tailors our services, to each client’s specific requirements, whether the project is large
and multi-disciplinary or small and simple, and assigns specialized experts within the firm and

And also involved in railway network improvement and extended our efforts to implementing the railroad
