System Requirements

InnoweraTM Process Runner 5.20.8

This document lists the system requirements for Innowera Process Runner 5.20.8.

Important: Make sure that you have the latest service packs and updates for Innowera Process
Runner 5.20.8 and related products.

Prerequisites
This section lists the hardware and software required for installing and using Innowera Process
Runner 5.20.8.

Hardware Requirements
The hardware requirements are as follows:

• RAM: 1 GB
• Disk Space: 550 MB to 600 MB

Software Requirements
The software requirements are as follows:

• Operating system: Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2,
Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 7
• Microsoft Office: Office 365, 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010

• SAP GUI: 7.60 , 7.50, or 7.40

a We recommend that you do not use the Belize theme for GUI Scripting files.

o SAP ERP Central Component: 6 or 5
o SAP Enhancement Package: EHP8, EHP7, EHP6, EHP5, or EHP4
o SAP-CRM
o SAP-SCM/APO

• Logon methods: SAP GUI Logon, SAP SNC Logon, or Enterprise Portal Logon (HTTP and
HTTPS)

Note: Innowera Process Runner can be installed on Citrix XenApp, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
(VDI), Terminal Servers, or virtual computers.
