ANNOUNCEMENT

It is hereby announced for general information for the candidates who have applied in

response to the Advt. No. l/201g published on 08.03.2019 for 524 posts, of Assistant Professor

(College Cadre) in various subjects that Commission has decided to hold the recruitment test.
Accordingly syllabus for recruitment test in 17 number of subjects has been finalized, by the

Commission and the same is available on the Commission's website i.e. http://hpsc.gov.in. Candidates

are advised to download the syllabus from the Commission's website. Further the Commission has

decided that:-

i) The question papers of recruitment tests for each subject will be of 100 Multiple Choice

Questions (MCQs), based on the syllabus and the same will be set bilingual i.e. Hindi &
English except language papers.

ii) The duration of the paper will be 2 hours with maximum marks i00.

iii) There will be no negative marking in the recruitment test.

i,r) The candidates to the extent of three times of the number of posts advertised in each subject

will be passed in recruitment test, in addition to the bracketed candidate, if any.
