CIRCUMSTANCES DURING MARRIAGE
10 Petitioner bore the brunt of supporting the family from her marriage with
ALFRED C. GEONZON on 17 February 1995 up to the time the latter
graduated.
11 Jn April 1998, ALFRED C. GRONZON was able to get a work as a
seaman at Maersk Incorporated in the United States for a straight period
of about five (5) years, but he only provided less than sufficient financial
support to Petitioner and their children. During this period, he only
communicated by snail mail since cell phones and emails were not in
vogue. He came back from abroad on 20 February 2003 but continuing
with his profligate and abandoned lifestyle, uncaring about Petitioner
and their four (4) children;
12.ALFRED C, GEONZON simply left on 17 March 2004 when their
youngest child was yet only in the hospital freshly delivered. Since then,
he never came back or even communicated to Petitioner. The latter had
to work hard burdened with sustaining her four children for their daily
sustenance and for their studies;
