Standard 9, professional learning and ethical practice, was addressed in EDU 201.

In this course

we were required to study the Georgia Code of Ethics and write an essay outlining the ethical standards

for educators. Writing this essay and studying the Code of Ethics, helped me realize just how important it

is to make sure that you are as ethical as possible. I learned through the course and through ethics training

that teachers are held to a much higher standard because children's futures are at stake.
