Subject: Conduct of Relocation Subdivison and Stake out Survey for Proposed
1 HECTARE Subdivision of Lots at Puerto Galera.

Dear Ar. Allan,

I am pleased to submit this proposal to conduct Relocation Subdivision and Stakeout

survey for a proposed lot located at your hometown with an area approximately ten
thousand square meters (10,000 SQ. M.) or a hectare more or less.

I. Scope of Work

1. Research and Reconnaissance

2. Validation of Ground Control Points (GCPs) and Benchmarks (BMs)
3. Relocation survey
4. Subdivision Stakeout Survey
5. Data processing
6. Submission of report and deliverables – in hard copy and electronic file format

II. Methodology

Research and Reconnaissance works shall be conducted prior to any survey

activities. Existing monuments on site shall be visually inspected to check for any
movement or disturbance. Construction plans shall also be provided showing building
footprints and other structures subject for layout.

Coordinates of GCPs shall be verified using GNSS/Total Station surveying equipment

while BMs may be checked via Geodetic Leveling using an Electronic Level
instrument.

Construction staking and site layout survey using electronic total station/GPS RTK.
Survey scope includes the following: layout of site development (if any), staking of
building footprints and other structures present in the construction plans to be
provided. Wooden or metal stakes may be used for site development and layout of
building footprints. Upon completion the Chief of Party shall request a joint survey with
the client showing completion of all layout works prior to demobilization.

III. Equipments to be used

1. 1 set : GPS Base and Rover GNSS equipment

2. 1 set : Electronic Total Station
3. 1 units : Field Laptops with software
4. 1 units : Office Workstations with software
5. 1 unit : Service vehicle (OPTIONAL)

IV. Survey Team (5 pax)

1. Geodetic Engineer :1

3. Survey Aide/Local Aide :2
4. Driver :1 (OPTIONAL)

V. Deliverables/Output

1. Relocation Survey Plan

2. Stakeout Survey plan

VI. Duration

Completion of all survey works shall be within a total of fourteen (5) days inclusive of
data processing. Survey Team shall mobilize within seven (3) days upon signing of
conformity and posting of down payment.

*Note: Approved Deliverables shall conform to the calendar days based on agencies
concerned but this shall no shorter than 3 months or longer than 12 months.

VII. Cost

For the completion of the scope of work for this project, the total cost is ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PhP
120,500.00) with discount upon notice of award or conformity.

**Aerial Survey shall be done at no additional charge to the client.
VIII. Payment Terms

1. Fifty (50%) of Professional Services Fee as down payment for mobilization upon
acceptance of proposal and signing of conformity;
2. Fifty (50%) remaining balance as full and final payment pon submission of all
deliverables.

IX. Other Terms and Conditions

1. The Client shall facilitate the acquisition of clearances and permits and to appoint
a representative to liaise with concerned authorities for the necessary access and
the unimpeded conduct of the works, ground survey, and their timely completion;
2. The Client shall provide all relevant lot data and previous GCP and BM survey
documents; and
3. Any other assistance regarding safety, coordination, documentations, and
communications with the other parties if deemed necessary.

Should the above proposal meet your requirements, kindly signify your conformity by
signing on the space provided below and return to us one (1) signed copy to serve as our
interim working agreement pending receipt of Purchase Order. This may also serve as
our contract. This proposal is valid for thirty (30) calendar days.
