Accountants,(PhaLGA), 14th Annual National Conference(ANC) at the Crown Regency
Convention Center, Boracay, Malay, Aklan on May 23-26,2017 with the theme”Keeping Pace
with the Expanding Horizon.”

The undersigned recommends Florencia T. Lasmarias to be the Office In-Charge on this

particular dates until my return. Aside from usual duties and responsibilities she is authorized to
approve documents that need immediate action.

She may also act on communications of local matters and represents the office in social
and community functions.
