mohan Singh resident of 19 –A, Nyaya Marg Allahabad do hereby declare and solemnly
affirm as under :-
1- Renu Singh Daughter

(3)That I am the only heir (s) of the deceased Madan Mohan Singh who died at
Allahabad on 02-03-2009. I alone represent the estate of smt Renu Singh.

(4) That the deceased Madan Mohan Singh did not leave any will and therefore I am only
successor (s) to the estate of the said deceased.
