PROCEEDINGS:
1. Meeting called order at 9 o’clock in the morning by Grade 12-Diamond Adviser,
Miss Jemma C. Acibron.
2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for the School
Year 2018-2019:
President: Mrs. Rodelyn R. Legara
Vice Pres: Mrs. Evangeline P. Cortez
Secretary: Mrs. Josefina M. Libre
Auditor: Mrs. Macresia A. Piñero
P.I. Os: Mrs. Epifania Q. Aguilar
Mrs. Erlinda P. Miras
Srgnt. At Arms: Mrs Restituta C. Libosada
3. Miss Acibron reiterated the following regulations:
a. The school never allow boys to have long hair and earrings. In the other hand,
they should always observe proper haircut and good grooming.
b. Students must wear uniform every day, if possible.
c. Students’ tardiness and absences will be recorded by class monitor so that
incase the parents would want to know the status of their students/children, there
is a record to serve as a basis.
4. Miss Acibron reminded the parents of the transferees to follow-up the form 137
requested by the adviser from their previous school and those parents whose
children have not submitted their NSO Birth Certificate.
5. She discussed through a powerpoint presentation the k-12 Grading System
(DepEd Order No.8, S. 2008)
6. Parents and New-Elected Homeroom PTA Officers agreed that the PTA Project
for the school year is window curtains and classroom minor repairs. In order to
realize the said project. The parents agreed the contribution of 50 pesos each
student with the supervision of Miss. Acibron, the class adviser.
