The teacher and students took turns signing GOOD MORNING and then fingerspelling the
person on their right side’s names (K). When the student is unable to fingerspell the person’s
name, the teacher asked the student to check the name plate placed on the student’s desk. The
teacher asked student A to sign out the date and the student used mouse pointer to fingerspell the
day, moving on to fingerspelling the month, the date and the year (K). The next slide on Smart

The teacher continued to explain about expectations during baking including keeping their hands

the teacher will share the recipe by using ASL however if the student want to read the recipe,
they can try reading it by themselves or asking a classmate to help with reading the recipe
instruction (C) (D).
A gif of two dogs sliding down on the stairs popped up on the next slide and the teacher
