TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
 Fees are not refundable & transferable in any circumstances. 
 Before enrollment, select the module. One’s batch starts, change in module shall not be allowed. 
 Customise training program shall be charge separately. 
 Only after completion of training fees manual of training material OR softcopy shall be provided.  
 Rs. 200/‐ shall be extra charge for Sunday OR Prolific holiday batch schedule. 
FOR SHORT TERM COURSES 
 Complete fee should be paid at the time of enrollment. 
 Installment would be liable for fee above Rs.15000/‐ in two equal parts. 
FOR PG COURSE 
 On enrolment you have to pay the first installment & the Post dated cheques of next installments. 
 Late fees shallI be 10% extra per month  
 If cheque bounce, Fee + Extra Rs. 500/‐ (penalty) Candidate shall have to pay fees within two days in cash only. 
 Bounce Cheque will be liable for a legal action. 
 For  Irregularity  in  payment  as  well  as  attendance  in  classes,  management  shall  be  able  to  terminate  admission  w/o 
notice & refund. In this case candidate will not entitle for any kind of Certification.  
 For Placement assistance please discuss with Placement officer OR Branch Manager. 
FOR HOSTEL(Only For Boys) 
 You have to pay hostel fees every month. Company is having rights to vacant the hostel at any time. 
 Hostel Fees is Rs. 2000 per month for all candidates for sharing basis. Late fees 10% extra per day. 
 Hostel facility is for training period only after training you have to vacant room without any problem. 
  T.V., Radio, Iron, gas are not allowed. Alcohol & tobacco not allowed. Use electricity properly. 
  Prolific is not responsible for any lost of valuables. Prolific is not responsible for outside problems. 
  Relatives & guests are not allowed in the Hostel 
  Please follow the time schedule. Keep clean your Hostel. 
 Submit your bed sheets & pillow covers every after 15 Days in the office for washing. 
 Hostel admission is available from Monday to Saturday in working hours only (10.00 am to 06.30 pm).  
 Sunday hostel admissions are closed.
