DORMITORY RULES AND REGULATIONS CONTRACT

The Dormer and Madison 101 Hotel + Tower acknowledge that the following rules and regulations are in full force and
effect. The rules are to promote the convenience, safety, peace and welfare of all dormers and guests. This
acknowledgement is indicated by the dormer’s signature below.

 All Topnotch Students are required to stay at least 5 months. Less than 5 months stay or early check out will result
in FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
Check-in Date: November 1, 2016
Check-out: March 30, 2016

While in the premises of Madison 101 Hotel + Tower, the dormer shall not:

1. Be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs


2. Consume, store or sell alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
3. Bring in any firearm, weapon or explosive
4. Bring in pets / animals
5. Bring in additional bed/s
6. Bring in durian, fish, or any food or material that causes pungent smell
7. Cook or bring in cooking equipment. Only microwave oven, small refrigerator and water kettle are allowed inside the
dormitory rooms
8. Obstruct entries, passages, and stairways
9. Play musical equipment, instruments or radio at loud volume
10. Interfere in any manner with any portion of the heating, lighting and electrical apparatus
11. Make any addition, removal or alteration to any fixture or part of the building (such as taping, pinning, posting on
walls, doors, etc.).
12. Tamper with fire extinguishers or fire alarm
13. Make or allow any vehicle repair work
14. Transfer rooms without the approval of Management (Note: Management may transfer dormers to another room of
equivalent value)
15. There is no assurance on bed arrangement. First come first serve basis only.
16. Display any other inappropriate behavior
17. All Dormitory Rates are exclusive of utility bills such as electricity, water and aircon. AC is an outdoor unit which has a
separate meter.
18. Bringing out of chairs and tables outside the room or in the hallway is strictly prohibited.
19. Unauthorized use of electrical sockets in the hallway is strictly prohibited (charging of mobile phone , plugging of
table lamps, electric fan )
20. Using hallways, elevator front, stairs as a review spot is not allowed.

Any damage to dormitory room or any part of the building shall be repaired by Madison 101 to be settled by the dormer.

Madison 101 Hotel + Tower is a non- smoking building. However, we have designated smoking area outside the hotel.
Smoking inside the room or building is strictly prohibited and a minimum of Php 1,500.00 will be charged to the dormer.

Guests are not allowed to go to the dormitory and hotel floors. Visitors are only allowed at the lobby area, cafeteria, and
coffee shop with the exception of the dormer’s parents/siblings. Visitors who wants to stay overnight will pay the daily rate of
Php 1,500.00 per person and subject for the approval of the Management.

 Visitor/s who will stay overnight should give a valid ID to Front Desk for reference (ONLY applicable for a dormer who
is occupying the whole room).

Please take note that Security Deposit will be refunded 15 working days after check-out. Security Deposit should not be
used as payment for the consumption of electricity and water, nor used for monthly rent. Failure to pay bills on time will
result to the delay of processing of refunds.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE POSSIBLE EVICTION OF THE DORMER
AND/OR CHARGING OF PENALTIES.
