The students belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ EBC/ Disabled/ Minority categories will be considered for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee
(RTF) which is subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by State Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. In
the event of the candidate found not eligible for fee reimbursement, the candidate shall have to pay the total fee.

Instructions to Candidates:
1. Candidate who has secured fresh allotment shall
report through ''Candidates Login' from website
https://apecet.nic.in through a self-reporting
system or from a nearby help line centre .Take print
out of two copies of joining report, allotment order
and receipt of certificate and report to the allotted
College. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment
order and receipt of certificate and obtain
acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining report
from the College where you have reported and
retain with you on or before 02.08.2018.
2. Candidate who has been realloted to the
institution/college/course shall report through
''Candidates Login' from website
https://apecet.nic.in through a self-reporting
system or from a nearby help line centre once
again .Take print out of two copies of joining
report, allotment order and receipt of certificate
and report to the allotted College. Submit a copy of
joining report, allotment order and receipt of
certificate and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd
copy of joining report from the College where you
have reported and retain with you on or before
02.08.2018.
3. Candidates whose certificates are verified through
online has to download receipt of certificate also
and submit at the allotted college along with
joining report and allotment order.
4. Both Self reporting and reporting at the allotted
College is compulsory to retain the present
allotment.The last date for Self reporting and
reporting at the allotted College is 02.08.2018.
5. If you do not report through self-reporting system
and/or not reporting at the allotted college, the
provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy
and the provisional allotment of final phase will
automatically stands cancelled and you have no
claim on the seat allotted.
6. The academic credentials verified if found false at
a later date, your allotment will be cancelled and
you are also liable for criminal prosecution.
7. Candidate is not required to deposit original
certificates in the college/Institute at the time of
admission. The candidate can produce original
certificates only for the purpose of verification in
the college/Institute and can submit only Xerox
copies in the college/Institute.
8. Classes already commenced ,Report to the allotted
college immediately.
