Dear Mayor Clerigo:

The TESDA Provincial Office will host an activity this May 24, 2018, 9:00AM at Negros
Oriental Convention Center welcoming our TESDA Director General Secretary Guiling
Mamondiong. All TESDA Scholars including of Canlaon City are required to attend the said
event.

In line with this, we humbly ask permission to borrow any public vehicle for the use of
scholars from Canlaon City to Dumaguete City.

We highly appreciate for providing the vehicle for our scholars on May 24, 2018(4:00AM-
6:00PM. Please refer attached Advisory for TESDA
